Steve is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about preowned cars and that's exactly what I needed. I've never purchased a new-to-me car so working with someone who is an expert in the field helped put preowned cars and that's exactly what I needed. Steve was patient, kind and informative. *When* I need a new car, (unfortunately for Steve), he'll be my first call and he'll have to deal with me all over again. ;) Claudio in finance was great, too, although his best feature is his taste in music.
