Centennial Chrysler Jeep

I just recently bought a used Jeep for 6k. Before we picked up the vehicle, I asked them to detail the SUV since it was clean. They gave us a dirty vehicle that still had garbage from the previous owne picked up the vehicle, I asked them to detail the SUV since it was clean. When I talked with Scott about, he told me for the amount we paid they don't detail cars unless the price was put back into the sale. He said he would pay hald if we wanted the car detailed. Also I was told that they don't inspect the car because it had more than 85k miles on it and it would be a liability to the dealership. The next day I hear Dealin Doug on the radio telling everyone that his used cars go through a 121 point inspection. I told the salesman that we needed to buy another car for my kid but I will not be going back to this dealership. Unless your paying the big dollars don't expect much in the service department. More

Before I even decided on a car Mark told me that since we just baought a vehicle from them his manager AGREED to give us 500.00 off the price of the second car. Never received this and they DID NOT take this off the price of the car -when I pressed the issue MArk said that they never told us that. As ther majority of CAR DEALERS have very selctive memories. We recently purchased two vehicles (a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited and a 2012 Grand Cherokee) from Centennial. I have purchased more than 30 automobiles for personal use in my lifetime and the service we received at Centennial while working with Wade Henley (sales) and Vladimir Pavicevic (general sales manager) was exceptional. We were difficult customers in that we were purchasing the vehicles for our teenage daughters and we went back and forth numerous times trying to decide exactly what type of vehicle each of them wanted in what color, etc. and throughout this several hour process Wade and Vladimir were exceptionally patient and professional. They listened to our needs and requirements and worked with us to find a solution. Despite the very good selection of vehicles on Centennial's lot, our daughters' desired choices ultimately required Centennial to locate and obtain the two vehicles from other dealers which Wade and Vladimir did without complaint. In fact, they went above and beyond to search for the exact Grand Cherokee we were looking for even after our oldest daughter had agreed to settle for her second choice because it didn't appear that anyone had exactly what she wanted currently in inventory. When we arrived the following day to pick up the Wrangler, Wade was very excited to tell our daughter that they had spent a good part of the day searching and had located the Grand Cherokee she really wanted, and that if we wanted to re-do the paperwork she could have it. The finance folks are terrific and offered several good options to complete our transactions. The final icing on the cake was Wade driving to Fort Collins on his day off to pick up the Cherokee and deliver it, so our daughter would have it before she had to return to college in Dallas from the holiday break. Additionally, we have used Centennial's service department for the past two years on a Jeep Wrangler that we had previously purchased from another dealer, and Centennial's service department is excellent. In summary, I would recommend this dealer and specifically these two gentlemen without hesitation. If you are going to buy a Jeep or a Chrysler vehicle, there is no reason to go anywhere else. More

We had Scott helping us. We explained that we didn't need a Jeep and we were looking for a Toyota or a Honda with under 100,000 miles.
