Do Not Buy from this dealership! Bought a Jeep SRT8 from out of town and vehicle was not what it seemed. The vehicle I traded was I better shape. Have tried to get salesman to follow up.....useless. have le out of town and vehicle was not what it seemed. The vehicle I traded was I better shape. Have tried to get salesman to follow up.....useless. have left messages with manager...useless. If you sell a flagship vehicle you would expect a good sales experience. Not going to happen at this dealership. They are there to take your money and drop you. NEVER BUY THERE! More
I began speaking with Alex over two months before I actually purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee. During that time, he stayed in touch without being bothersome, and was always available to answer my quest actually purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee. During that time, he stayed in touch without being bothersome, and was always available to answer my questions. I stopped in to the dealership multiple times during that two month period, and Alex always made time to help me out. I explored many different model and style options before purchasing my vehicle, and Alex proved himself to be knowledgeable across the board. During the purchase process, Alex made sure that everything ran smoothly. Alex worked with the finance department and did a fantastic job of helping me to find a payment that would meet my budget while still getting me into the car that I wanted. I've had my Jeep for 2 months now, and I couldn't be happier. Alex has stayed in touch, making sure that everything is running smoothly and that I haven't run into any questions or concerns. I have since recommended Alex and his team to friends who ask about my car buying experiences and complete strangers who stop me to admire my vehicle. Who knew that a Jeep could be such a conversation starter? I would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
I went in looking for my dream car. I ended up getting "taken". After having another dealership (with nothing to gain) look at my paperwork, they concluded they took me for a ride and made tons of money o "taken". After having another dealership (with nothing to gain) look at my paperwork, they concluded they took me for a ride and made tons of money off of me. I feel dirty and scammed and I can't stand anything worse. I'm disappointed as Thomas told me to "trust him". I called him and told him this and he told me he would have the GM call me. I haven't heard back from anyone. I love my jeep but now when I look at it I get a sick and sad feeling and I hate that. Unless you know how to really work with a dealership and what to look for, I would stay away from them. More
After purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Scott Haynes in March, which was the best car buying experience I have ever had. (see Google review) I wish I could rate Google, anyway I needed to get a u Haynes in March, which was the best car buying experience I have ever had. (see Google review) I wish I could rate Google, anyway I needed to get a used car for my son recently and Imediatly thought of Scott. I called him and explained what we needed how much we wanted spend etc. By that afternoon he had located a 2002 Honda Accord at a good price that was perfect for our needs and by 5:00 the transaction was complete. Once again, professional, prompt, fair, and we will return when a need for a vehicle arises, Thanks Scott! More
What a bad experience. We were ready to make a deal on a vehicle and the price changed 4 times! The salesman Mr. Littleton was a nice man but the finance department had serious issues. We were told a price vehicle and the price changed 4 times! The salesman Mr. Littleton was a nice man but the finance department had serious issues. We were told a price and they said it was negotiable and then the offer came in higher then the original price without any taxes and fees. What a game they played with us. We walked away!! More
3 different time I dropped my jeep off for repair. All 3 times I was called to pick up my repaired jeep. ALL 3 times my jeep was still broken. Each time they blamed it on a faulty part from the manufacturer times I was called to pick up my repaired jeep. ALL 3 times my jeep was still broken. Each time they blamed it on a faulty part from the manufacturer. Apparently they don't do any kind of post-repair check. These are the most incompetent bunch of guys ever gathered under one roof. If you can find someone else to do your repairs, then do not go here. Today was the last time I will ever step into that place. More
If I could give Centennial no stars at all, I would. We found a car we liked online, so I started a live chat to make sure it was still on the lot since we live an hour away. I was assured it was, but I ca found a car we liked online, so I started a live chat to make sure it was still on the lot since we live an hour away. I was assured it was, but I called to verify anyway. I spoke to Barry, who said he saw it on the lot. He then told me he was "checking to see if there was anything pending" in their system. Everything was clear, he said, so my husband drove the hour to the dealership. When he got there, he was told that the car was actually sold, and had sold THAT MORNING. He got to the dealership at 7:30 at night, and I had spoken to Barry at 6. Hours after. But because Barry couldn't be bothered to actually check and verify that the car was available, we wasted two hours of my husbands time, 15 dollars worth of gas and still don't have a car. I'm disgusted by the way we were treated here, and would never, ever recommend ANYONE go to Centennial for anything. Awful experience, awful customer service. More
First off, I am just out of the military with a wife and 2 kids. Had a job but was laid off. I am currently unemployed. My wife got into an accident and we needed a car. I bought a used car there about 2 kids. Had a job but was laid off. I am currently unemployed. My wife got into an accident and we needed a car. I bought a used car there about 8 months ago. I started to have problems with the car soon after; like had to refill the freon and power window wouldn't go and down without help. Small things like this. No big deal I could live with that till the transmission started to slip. Took it in to have it checked out from one place and they looked at the car and gave me everything wrong (to the tune of 2000) but didn't check the codes. Then I took it to a trusted local auto mechanic. They checked the codes and said your transmission was going out. SELL IT WHILE YOU CAN. The car is not worth replacing the transmission. I went down to the dealership and I talked with the gentleman that sold the car to me will call him "BOB". I told him what the mechanic said and told him the price to fix it. BOB told me "don't believe that". I thought that I would get it some kind of assistance but instead was asked if I could barrow money from family or could get another loan. I said there's nothing you could do? He said "no, sorry" and then he told me "he knew how I felt cause he had to replace his Cadillac Converter for 560 dollars". I said you know BOB that's really not the same thing 560 dollars to replacing a transmission worth more than my car I just bought from you. I said I'll get back to ya. Thanks BOB. So, I hope it works out if you go there. More
