Not Dealing End of Year Sales - MSRP Only Went in today, 12/27/14, and found they were offering only MSRP plus maybe $1000 back from Chrysler. They also only offered bottom dollar on our trade Went in today, 12/27/14, and found they were offering only MSRP plus maybe $1000 back from Chrysler. They also only offered bottom dollar on our trade-in. I've never had such a lousy offer. They wouldn't budge a dollar on anything. Their only offer was for us to buy a cheaper vehicle. They obviously are not interested in selling vehicles below sticker price. It was truly a take-it-or-leave-it offer. I suspect they are cash strapped with their hail damages and are looking to get as much cash out of every deal possible. More
Centennial Chrysler Jeep Do not go here! We took our Chryslyer 300 in to have the transmission flushed and serviced along with an oil change. They called us and said that $15 Do not go here! We took our Chryslyer 300 in to have the transmission flushed and serviced along with an oil change. They called us and said that $1500 worth of work needed to be done. Only thing is they said our CV axle was leaking, and we had just had it replaced and that our right wheel needed some barrings replaced. So we took it back to the shop that just worked on it to have it checked (it was still under warranty with them) and everything was fine. We had been in 6 months earlier and they said we needed our rack and pinion replaced, so during this last call we asked how the rack and pinion looked, and they said fine! We never did anything with the rack and pinion! This dealership is a SCAM shop, so I would definitely NOT reccommend them. We also went there for a test drive and the salesman were all xxxxxxxx and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We will NOT be buying a Jeep from them. More
Only there to sell options, not cars I recently purchased a Jeep from Centennial. After negotiating a low price I met with the Finance Manager. He was extremely friendly until I didn't bite on any of his bait & switch, smoke and mirror up sells on warranties, Gap, etc. I can just imagine how many less experienced, maybe even less educated, buyers end up buying something they didn't intend to, with inflated prices. I understand every dealer does this, but not every dealer gets an attitude when you opt to pass. Stay away unless you are familiar with the process, numbers and know exactly what you want and are able to stick to your guns. More
We responded to an ad for a late model year, low mileage, dealer certified vehicle described in the advertisement as "charming." We made a 60-mile one-way trip to test drive and likely purchase the vehicle. dealer certified vehicle described in the advertisement as "charming." We made a 60-mile one-way trip to test drive and likely purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival, we discovered the vehicle had significant body damage in two places on the car, which was not mentioned in the advertising, or any of the numerous emails exchanged prior to our visit, or on the vehicle's Carfax report. We believe this dealership's advertising was deceptive and misleading by not making note of the car's body damage. Buyer beware. More

I bought my car in July. I wasn't able to title my car until December. I put 12k down on a leases and all taxes were supposed to be paid. When I went to get my plates I paid almost 1000 dollars for th car until December. I put 12k down on a leases and all taxes were supposed to be paid. When I went to get my plates I paid almost 1000 dollars for them. I was yelled out in a voicemail by the title clerk and the management team was supposed to call me back on Monday and it is Tuesday I have called three times since and have not been given as much as a phone call in return. I am calling Chrysler direct to discuss there dealership. Worst experience ever. so much so that I will never buy another Jeep to avoid this type of service More
We were looking to purchase a used vehicle. Finding one that we were interested in we asked the salesman to see the inside. We told him off the bat we were just looking and actually working through another that we were interested in we asked the salesman to see the inside. We told him off the bat we were just looking and actually working through another dealership because of a previous friendship we had with them. He was helpful until he brought his manger over. I will NEVER work with this dealership nor recommend it to anyone! The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful!! He yelled at us and cursed across the lot. Never will do business with someone this inconsiderate. More
I took Jeep in in February for an oil change and they told me they cannot do the oil change because the plug was stripped and I needed a whole new oil pan. The cost would be $800. I decided to take my told me they cannot do the oil change because the plug was stripped and I needed a whole new oil pan. The cost would be $800. I decided to take my Jeep to another mechanic for a second quote, he told me he could do it for about $300 but that the dealership should take care of this because the mechanic who did the previous oil change cross-threaded the plug and tightened it up so much that it is completely stripped. I took it back to the dealership and spoke with Jim, the Service Manager. He told me that it was not mechanic error, that it was normal wear and tear and that bolts get stripped sometimes. I told him, by that rationale, the bolts on my tires should be stripped because I get my tires rotated the same day as I get my oil changed. A simple, it happens, it is just wear and tear was given. I was persistent so he said he would see what he could do. About an hour later Jim came back and said they took care of it. Instead of putting a new oil pan in they put in a permanent plug for the time being but that I could not go anywhere else to get my oil changed. I brought it back for the second oil change since they rigged it with the permanent plug and it took 3 hours! When I asked what was taking so long the very polite service rep told me he would check. Come to find out, they had trouble getting all of the oil out since they can't take out the permanent plug. So I either have to spend $800 to get a new oil pan or wait 3 hours everytime I go in for a routine oil change because of a mechanics mistake and the fact that Mr. Burrus does not want to admit the mistake and take the small hit on fixing the mistake! To make matters much worse, I was told by my brothers mechanic that when you have a permanent plug, they have to suction or vacuum out the oil, leaving all of the sludge in the bottom, essentially seizing up my engine! Terrible customer care for a simple fix at low cost to them. More
Cris is a very condescending service writer who treated me like I was three years old. If I return for service in the future, I will ask for someone else. me like I was three years old. If I return for service in the future, I will ask for someone else. More
