Very deceiptful practices This dealership is filled with people who could care less about the customer and in fact will do everything possible to bilk you for every dime. The " This dealership is filled with people who could care less about the customer and in fact will do everything possible to bilk you for every dime. The "deal" they made took a forever so when we finally got to finance it was 10 at night and we started the process at 3. Paperwork was shoved down our throat and when I went to the DMV for plates found out they didn't charge the sales tax so I got to pay 4 grand. All this so they could make it appear they gave me more for my trade. I realize this is on me for not paying closer attention when I signed but really did not expect to be shafted just so they can make a few extra bucks. If you make the huge mistake of purchasing a vehicle at this disgusting place have your guard up and know that their main goal is to screw you out of every dime and the sleazy finance people will do all they can to over promise and under deliver. Incompetent service technicians. OK, so my check engine light was on. I brought it in and they said I needed a new gas cap ($100 installed). Two days later the light is back on and I' OK, so my check engine light was on. I brought it in and they said I needed a new gas cap ($100 installed). Two days later the light is back on and I'm spending another 7 hours hours waiting for my car. I waited for 7 hours because last time I used their shuttle service to bring me home while they kept the car. They never returned my phone call about a status update on the progress of the repair or when the shuttle would return to pick me up to get my car back. I had to get a ride from someone else, but I digress. Now that the light is back on they do the same smoke test for the evaporative emissions leak and can't find any leaks. I asked what happens when the light comes back on. Do I have to sit here for another 7 hours while you find no leak, reset the indicator and continue in this manner week after week after week? They answer was that is all they could do. If that wasn't enough, they removed the round rubber inserts from my console cup holders. Why are they messing with something like that? Then they had the nerve to say that they weren't removed! When I woke up this morning little pieces of rubber did not have the ability to get up and walk out on their own. Perhaps rubber technology is advancing faster than I can keep up with it! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! More

He went above and beyond getting us a much needed running board, bending the rules to help get us into the Jeep we really wanted. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. A great experience at a dealership is usyally an oxymoron, but not with Brandon Smith at Centennial Jeep! More

I decided to just take a look around, I had thought of buying a car over a year ago, but was torn with new vs used at that time, so I purchased a used one (not from this dealer). It had a lot of miles her, so I thought it was a perfect time to check out their used cars vs new. They pointed out where the used ones were and I browsed around. Brandon Smith - salesman was very wonderful, letting me take my time, no pressure. I asked him when I was done about cost for used that I looked at then cost for new (new vs used). After I weighed (on my own and then with Brandon's input) pros and cons, I decided to consider a new car. I drove three different ones - including the used one I had considered. They gave me a GREAT deal on a new one! Brandon Smith as well as Larry D and their finance dept. got me the best finance deal. They gave me WAY more on my trade in than I would have EVER expected and got me into a new car and out the door with the payments that I could afford! It was one of the most wonderful car purchasing experiences that I have ever had (and I have purchased many new cars)! Rich and I are both pleased with all the attention and service. They will work with you and get what you want and need! I highly recommend this dealership! More
Preys on young women *update: we found out that the make model and year of vehicle she bought was part of a class action settlement regarding transmission. This car never *update: we found out that the make model and year of vehicle she bought was part of a class action settlement regarding transmission. This car never should have been sold! My 19 year old daughter, Hailey Bockholt, moved from South Dakota to Colorado for college on June 1st, 2015. On June 8th, she got rear-ended and her car was totaled. She was waiting for her insurance check and was renting a car. She went to Centennial Chrysler in Englewood, CO to buy a car. The salesman knew she was in a desperate situation, and that she was a young, naive 19 year old girl who was buying a car without her family. They found a Saturn Vue at the dealership and was told car was inspected, her boyfriend witnessed this. Salesman, Barry, told them everything was great and had her sign papers. This was June 19, 2015. She called them on June 29th to tell them the car was acting funny. Salesman told her too bad, she signed a paper saying it wasn't inspected and didn't have a warranty. They would not pay to fix it. She took her car to the service department, who said they wouldn't look at it until following week. On July 3rd, she drove her car to go to her extended family's Fourth of July celebration in Iowa, which was 10 hours away. She and her boyfriend made it to Kearney, Nebraska, which is still 5 hours from Iowa, and the car shut down on the interstate. She had to have the car towed to an auto repair shop in Kearney. Because of the holiday, they would not be open until Monday the 6th. So my daughter and her boyfriend were stranded in Kearney until we could find someone to drive out to pick them up and bring them back to Iowa in the middle of the night. We paid $300 to have someone pick them up. I called the dealer and was told by 2 different people that she should have bought a better car and it was her fault and that she signed a piece of paper saying she knew car was not inspected. I then talked to the general manager, Steve Barr. He said car didn't have a warranty so it was her fault and it didn't matter if car broke down after 2 hours, it would not be his problem because she should have bought a better car. I asked him if he would give her her money back. He said no. I asked if they would pay to tow it back and fix it. He said, she would have to pay her own towing for the 4-5 hours it would take to get back there. If it was a minor problem, they might fix it, but if it was the transmission, they would not. He said maybe IF she found a way to get the car back there and IF there wasn't anything major wrong with it, he would consider trading her a different car IF they had something there. I told him I was writing a review of the company and he said not to write a review until it was all over or he would get 'pissed'. After we hung up, I noticed that this company had an enormous amount of bad reviews. I wrote the review and encouraged my family and friends to also after hearing about how they treated my daughter and wouldn't give her money back or fix it or trade it if it was the transmission. Steve then called me again because he was upset about the review. I told him I did not trust their company and wanted her money back. Steve hung up on me. The auto dealer in Kearney called and said the transmission is ruined and they don't even make that kind anymore. He said it would cost $3500 to fix plus $10/day to keep it there until we figure what to do with it. She only had the car from June19-July3 and is told she is now out an enormous amount of money for a college girl just trying to start out in life. The emotional cost that this company has caused her far exceeds that amount. More
Sneaky, deceptive, do not trust!!! We drove from Colorado Springs to test drive a used Mazdaspeed 3. They advertised it as undamaged, and we called and specifically asked "Troy" if there was any damage, and he assured us that it wasn't. When we got to the dealer, he took us out to show us the car and we immediately noticed that the windshield was cracked from side to side, and the front drivers wheel well and door had been badly scraped. Troy acted suitably surprised and assured us that he had never noticed the damage. As the car had been on their lot for over 100 days, so we don't believe him for a second. When we went back and looked at the online photos, it was easy to see that they had carefully photographed that side of the car in shadow so you couldn't see the damage. Despite this, we took the car for a test drive, and everything seemed to be in good working order. We told Troy that we would take the car at the advertised price, *IF* they would replace the windshield and fix the damaged paint. He readily agreed and to his desk we go. We start the paperwork process, and get to nearly the end when he does the "I have to go get my sales manager's approval" xx. He comes back and says that the sales manager refused to fix the paint, but we could have the car at a lower price. Needless to say, the lower price didn't begin to cover what it would cost us to have the car fixed. I didn't like having my time wasted, this dealer has ALL of the earmarks of being a bait-n-switch organization. They still haven't corrected the description of the car, listing it as undamaged. UNLESS YOU ARE SNEAKIER THAN THEY ARE, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More
