Buying a new car and making the decision on which one to Buying a new car and making the decision on which one to get is not easy and I can't say enough about the wonderful Sales Reps Scott Hayes and Wade H Buying a new car and making the decision on which one to get is not easy and I can't say enough about the wonderful Sales Reps Scott Hayes and Wade Henley they made buying a new car painless. My husband and I bought the Jeep Liberty but not until we looked at every Jeep on the lot. The Sales Rep explained everything about each one we looked at and helped us narrow it down to what fit us best. My Husband took the Jeep back the next day and they even programmed it so his phone would work while hes driving, saving him alot of time trying to figure it out himself. Out of 30 years of buying cars this is absolutly the best Dealership I have ever dealt with. More
I just recently bought my first car from Centennial Chrysler Jeep. My father had been helping me search for the perfect car when he came across the Hyundai Santa Fe that I ended up purchasing. He spoke Chrysler Jeep. My father had been helping me search for the perfect car when he came across the Hyundai Santa Fe that I ended up purchasing. He spoke with Scott Hayes and told him all the things I was looking for in my first car and car payment. I also work in sales and I know what it means to give world class service, the treatment my father and I received from Scott went above and beyond expectation. Since my job is in Broomfield (over 45 min away from the dealership) Scott drove the car we were interested in all the way to my job on his day off. He was unbelievably professional and genuinely kind. He let me take a test drive around the area and answered all of my questions. He treated me to a coffee while we filled out the paperwork. He called my father on the way back to the dealership to fill him in on the experience. It was a "no-brainer" purchasing a car through Scott. Even after the guarantee of sale, Scott made sure to go above and beyond. He made an appointment for me to come in and get the paint touched up as well as some dents fixed. He took pride in the fact that he was sending me off in a product that he was proud to sell and I was proud to own. He was a pleasure to work with, a true asset to the company and my father and I will be back to work with him again very soon. Alyssa M. Saul Aurora, CO. 303 907 3552 Alyssa.Saul@gmail.com More

Before coming to Centennial Chrysler Jeep I went to another dealer where they flat out told me "we need to hurry because I need to get back to customers who actually want to buy today."I was so unimpre another dealer where they flat out told me "we need to hurry because I need to get back to customers who actually want to buy today."I was so unimpressed, they were so pushy and willing to do anything to make a quick sell. But then I went to Centennial Chrysler Jeep, everything was completely different where I was approached by Scott Hayes. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to buy but Scott was so helpful. He was not pushy at all and completely honest from the beginning. I bought a car that night and absolutely love it. I have never met a salesman who was not pushy until I came here. My overall experience was great and I would go back to this dealer in a heart beat. I was so impressed with everything, they did a great, great job. More
After a poor experience next door at Go Nissan (we intially planned to test drive an Xterra). We walked over to Centennial. We were greated by Scott right away. He wasn't the typical pushy car sale intially planned to test drive an Xterra). We walked over to Centennial. We were greated by Scott right away. He wasn't the typical pushy car salesman. He asked what we were interested in looking at and we responded that we wanted to see the 4-door Wrangler. He didn't beat around the bush, just asked if we'd like to test drive one. My boyfriend and I drove one and decided we wanted it immediately. I have far less than perfect credit, but the finance department pulled some strings and managed to get me a great deal. We also went back a week later to purchase floor mats, the ones we wanted were our of stock and they told my boyfriend they'd order them in. I went back the next day, and to my surprise they already had them in! Every person that we came in contact with was helpful, friendly, and mellow. We truly felt like all of the employees we worked with: from sales, to finance, and parts were just willing to help. The employees at Centennial make this dealership a hassle free and relaxed environment. I wouls recommend any person looking for a Jeep to shop there (they're worth the drive)! Oh, and a week after buying my Jeep, I received a "Thank you" package of cookies in the mail. What could be better? Thank you Centennial Employees for making our experience so awesome: your entire staff rocks! More
I came to this dealership hoping to have as pleasant a car buying experience as I had with other dealers in the area. My experience started by being offered a vehicle not fit for driving, being told that car buying experience as I had with other dealers in the area. My experience started by being offered a vehicle not fit for driving, being told that it had passed inspection and that the dealership would not make any repairs to the windshield which was cracked in about 15 different places and that they felt their price was acceptable even though there were multiple other defects to the vehicle. I talked them into what I felt was a more reasonable neighborhood; still not what I wanted to pay, but there was room with it to make the repairs necessary. Well, the deal didn't end until after midnight and I was allowed to drive the vehicle home after signing the paperwork. I was advised the next day to bring the vehicle back for the first oil change in the package I purchased and to install LoJack and do the etching. I dropped it off and called back in a few hours to see if it was ready and was told that the vehicle would not pass inspection and needed the windshield replaced and a few other things done to it. BIG SURPRISE THERE! Needless to say, I was rather frustrated by this new revelation and felt like I had been lied to. Outside of that experience, the emissions ticket given to me upon purchase was for a gas vehicle and the vehicle I had was a diesel, which caused problems at the emissions place; the battery in the vehicle went bad about 2 days after I took it home and when I called the dealership to find out what exactly had been tested, they offered to pay for the battery and said they would put the check in the mail... 2 weeks later I called back to find out what had happened and found that the check had not been printed yet. I went down to the dealership and waited almost 2 hours to get a check so I could get a new battery. Again, not the most pleasant experience. I have tried repeatedly to get back in touch with the place for other reasons and have not felt "valued" or respected. I fell into the trap of adding a service package to the vehicle for oil changes. I have purchased these before and felt they were a wonderful value. Evidently that whole value thing doesn't mean much to the people here... The way they set up the contract is that the claim is submitted by the service department and a check is paid out later on. I have found that Centennial is the ONLY dealership that will honor the plan due to the way it is set up. If you call the company who is listed on the service plan, they tell you to call the finance manager at the dealership where the vehicle was purchased and speak to them... I also found out that the grade of oil specified BY THE CONTRACT that I HAD PAID FOR was NOT being used and that a lower grade oil had been used. When I asked about it, I was told that it really wasn't their problem. BOY OH BOY how I LOOOOOOVE hearing that from a place I just gave a TON of money! Bottom line, horrible experience with the entire team, terrible aftercare from them, and a lying service department... nobody cares about the customer they are taking money from. More
My experience with Alex at Centennial Chrysler Jeep could not have been more pleasant. From the moment I walked into the dealership, until the time I left with my new vehicle, I felt as if I were truly valu not have been more pleasant. From the moment I walked into the dealership, until the time I left with my new vehicle, I felt as if I were truly valued. Alex was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all of my questions with great detail. His humor and mannerism made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and I felt no pressure whatsoever. I would highly recommend Alex and Centennial Chrysler Jeep to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle and will most certainly be a returning customer when the time comes for me to make another purchase. I sold my vehicle back to the original dealership that I had purchased it from on April 15th. I have about $11k in positive equity in the vehicle. I was told that I would receive a check for the equity wi had purchased it from on April 15th. I have about $11k in positive equity in the vehicle. I was told that I would receive a check for the equity within 3-5 business days, then told 5-7 business days as I was signing paperwork for the sale. I expressed to them how important this was as I need that equity money to buy a new car. Wells Fargo, who financed the vehicle received/processed the payoff for the vehicle on April 22. The dealership stated that they would release the equity to me once they received the title for my vehicle. Wells Fargo sent out the title nearly 2 weeks ago regular mail from their office in CA. The US Post Office states it should take no more than 3-5 regular mail days to arrive and Wells Fargo insists that the dealership should have received it by now. Although I have been patient, the dealership has been very uncooperative, rude, has avoided and even hung up on me. I spoke once again with Wells Fargo who states that from the day the payoff was processed on April 22nd, the dealership has had the option of requesting via fax a release of lien in which they are more than willing to fax to the dealership in order for the dealership to receive the title directly from the DMV. I am not sure if there is a legal statue stating how long a dealership has to release equity funds, but for whatever reason, the dealership is refusing to cooperate with us. They listed my vehicle for sale the day after I sold it, which I am not sure how they can even do without having the title and have since sold the vehicle to another party, but state that they still do not have the title and will not release the check to me until they have the title. We tried again today to resolve this. Nearly everyone at this dealership has hung up on my wife and I and now they will not even take our calls and continually transfer us to voicemail with no return phone calls. We actualyl had to go down to the dealership today to speak with them as they avoid us and they flat out REFUSE to do what is necessary to get the title for our vehicle. All they have to do, per Wells Fargo is send a simple fax and they flat out refuse. Wells Fargo keeps telling us they need the fax in order to give them the proper documentation to obtain another title from the local DMV. The dealership refuses to send the fax or go to the DMV. Actually, Wells Fargo has even said it would be as simple as the dealership calling them to request the release of lien and yet the dealership refuses to do anything at all to look into the missing title issue. My wife and I don't have anywhere else to turn to. We have contacted Chrysler corporate, Tom Martino, the BBB and the local media but are still waiting to hear back. Our money/equity is being held without cause by the dealership. They say they won't release it until they have the title, but the title has been lost in the mail or misplaced by the dealership and they refuse to do what is necessary to get another title and refuse to cooperate in a timely manner or even deal with us any further. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR DEAL WITH THEM IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! YOU WILL BE SORRY! More

I believe that people's guard naturally goes up when they enter a dealer's lot. Your communications before, during, and after the sale have certainly been exemplary. The only suggestion that I would have is don't quit. You bring honor to automotive sales. Bob Duval More
