Great experience. I found my pre-owned Honda Odyssey van online and contacted the dealership through that outlet. They contacted me back within an hour and after asking I found my pre-owned Honda Odyssey van online and contacted the dealership through that outlet. They contacted me back within an hour and after asking for permission my salesman Alen called me and we talked for a bit about the van, the online purchase process, my trade in vehicle, etc. We thoi guy about it for a day or so while the van was going through their inspection and detail cleaning process. The next day we negotiated a deal and I made a deposit over the phone (I live 2.5 hrs away from this dealership) that was a Wednesday on Saturday o drove over. He even stayed late in assisting me with looking at RAV4's new and used. I had originally spoke with the Honda dealership and was seriously considering purchasing a CRV. After spending time with Spencer discussing the RAV4 and test driving it I changed my mind. We've owned a Sienna for 15 years and loved this vehicle. Toyota's are know for reliability. The service I received from Spencer at Toyota was top notch (no comparison to the Honda dealership). My husband and I purchased a 2017 RAV4 and absolutely LOVE this vehicle. The day we picked up our RAV4 Spencer couldn't be there so Alan assisted us. Alan was an amazing salesperson as well. He programmed things into the RAV4 and showed my husband all the features of the RAV4. Alan even took our picture beside our new vehicle with a bow on it! Kudo's to Spencer and Alan!! I dealt with Wendy in financing and Curt stepped in for Wendy the day we picked up our RAV4. Both were excellent at their jobs. Every time I drive my new RAV4 I find more and more reasons that I made the right decision. Outstanding job Spencer! More

I noticed several times while Danny was working for me on a better deal that the staff was non-intrusive to customers when they were just looking and extremely helpful when approached. Curt was very efficient and to the point handling the financial aspect of the deal, and kept me entertained during the process. His no-nonsense approach to warranties, extras, etc. made it easy to understand and select the best option for me. I own three vehicles, a Mercedes, BMW and now a Toyota. The staff at CR Toyota ranks up there with vehicles costing much more. Their professionalism, dedication, integrity made it easy, pleasurable and I am now considering my next vehicle purchase will be another Toyota. More
