Over the last 23 years I have purchased 7 cars from Cedar RapidsToyota, the last 3 with Alan Makabi as the sales person. I have had all the cars serviced at Toyota, just scheduled maintenance, as I have never had any major problems with a Toyota. Overall, just a really good dealership. More

Alan was quick to answer my inquiries about his invoice pricing. When he sent me the "line-by-line cost to the dealer" to me, the list of fees to be paid by me included "dealer holdback" and "wholesale fi pricing. When he sent me the "line-by-line cost to the dealer" to me, the list of fees to be paid by me included "dealer holdback" and "wholesale financial reserve" both of which are paid to the dealer by Toyota, so basically, he was looking to double up on those profits.
