Dream came true! This was my second time back at Toyota looking for a vehicle. Nope. He just asks what you're looking for and then lets you sell yourself on the car. It's that simple. He even spent his own time searching for the exact model we wanted. We ended up leasing a Highlander XLE this time around. Wendy Nelson even made the financing easy peezy. And, I guarantee we'll be back to see Alan again for another one in 36 short months!
