Our daughter drives a 2000 Camry. She is a student at the University of Chicago and had to go back to school on Monday, January 13th. When I started the car in the morning it made a cranking sound. I knew this needed to be check before she went back. I drove over to the service center and arrived at about 7:30 am. It was a zoo! But Tim very patiently listened to my predicament and said he would do his best. I caught a ride home and had a very pleasant conversation with the driver! I was at work by 8:00. By 9:30 am Tim had called and said it was the starter and the car would be done in an hour. Unbelievable, they really went above and beyond and Tim did his very best!! My daughter made it back to Chicago no problems and attended her 4 pm afternoon class. Thank you, thank you!!! Petra Cote More
Came in on Christmas Eve. Day, early morning as I had a dead battery. My triple AAA came to my home that morning jump started my vehicle and tested my battery as it had a dead cell. I immediately brought my vehicle in, Toyota tested my battery, put a new battery in and I was on my way. I was very thankful that this was done without hesitation or question in professional manner. Experience a excess wait (over an hour) for my oil change due to having less employees working during the holiday season. In the past, I have normally been in and out within a half an hour. I knew then this was going to be an excellent experience, we where then introduced to Wendy in the finance department, she was just excellent, no pressure to purchase the options that you can, we did do the extended warrant which I am very happy that I did, as this car is full electronic gear. Terry then took us to our new Venza, he then explained the car very thoroughly, Terry knew this car inside and out, he was very knowledgeable, he probably spent an hour and half with us. I will not hesitant to purchase another car from Terry or anybody there, I feel you will be treated the same with anybody. Thank You Terry and Wendy for a great experience. More
I worked with Phil, if Phil were at any dealership I would recommend HIM to anyone. Phil is a great guy and so are many of the people who work there, such as Wendy and Kurt, also amazing when helping my would recommend HIM to anyone. Phil has done everything in his power to help As far as Toyota, I have become disappointed after being with them for 4 years and several cars in. This last purchase was not a Toyota and I see now how the deal with used cars. I purchased my car at the end of July and started having problems with it, it is now 5 months later and I couldn't have a bigger regret than purchasing this car. I have tried contacting several higher up and nobody has ever contacted me back. I feel as though I was handed a problem car and Toyota knew it. My warranty hasn't covered much as well, and I would have been nice if they would do a little more beside, keep telling me it was my fault. I was not happy with the service department because simply when I would call them they would never call me back they would call and talk to my husband instead, as a woman I found that very degrading and disrespectful that they didn't feel the need to fill me in on MY vehicle. Before I went trough all of this I recommended Toyota to many friends and family, however after his I don't believe I will because if I don't want them to feel the same way or run into a problem car. Not to mention I contacted the Toyota 1800 number and even they contacted Toyota and said someone would get back to me to fix my concerns.... it never happened. Like I said I would recommend the people I worked with any day they are great, people and I understand they only can do so much in their positions.... as far as Toyota itself if this is how they handle loyal costumers it says a lot for the owner and their lack of concern for those who purchase used car from this lot. More

They worked with me on every aspect of the sale from lowering the price of the truck to make it even more enticing, to picking me up at the Airport in the truck, to making concessions on how to go about paying for the truck in full, same as cash as I was from out of state. After an accident, we suddenly needed to shop for a new car. We needed a vehicle within a week but did not know what type of vehicle to buy. We test drove over 12 different models at 7 dealers. Through the entire process, working with Phil was by far the best experience. He answered our questions and was very patient as we tried cars, hybrids and cross-overs. Phil has just the right amount of follow-up, gave us honest answers to all our questions - even when we were talking about our comparables, and was just great to work with. Phil spent an hour with us after the car purchase to make sure we understood everything. An added bonus, we have 2 kids age 7 and 9 and Toyota has a great waiting room for them. Our kids spent a total of 5 hours over the week in their waiting room and actually enjoyed it. When we went on test drives, Phil was great with our kids. If you are looking for a Toyota or Volkswagen, I would definitely start with Phil. Even if you are not, I would start with Phil. He will work with you over email too if that is more convenient. More
I have been thinking about getting back into a Toyota for several months, and decided that now is the time. I drove several models, and Kory was great at explaining the features of each. We parked the final 2 next to each other so that I could easily compare cargo space, etc., which helped me decide that the Highlander fit my needs. The buying process was easy, and we were not pressured to buy a bunch of unnecessary add-ons. I love driving a Highlander again, would recommend CR Toyota to anyone. More
