Cedar Rapids Toyota sent me a reminder that I needed a 50,000 mile check on the 2010 Prius (purchased at CR Toyota) and included a 10% disount coupon. Using their web site i was able to set up the appoin 50,000 mile check on the 2010 Prius (purchased at CR Toyota) and included a 10% disount coupon. Using their web site i was able to set up the appointment for the 50,000 mile check and later change my appointment to include an oil change. When I arrived the friendly staff promptly checked me in and within an hour all of hte work was finished. The waiting room was clean and had fresh coffee, cookies, and pie! More

Kory Tersinar was great to work with and helped us get a great car. Our only complaint was that the financing terms did not come out exactly how we would have liked since only one of us was able to be there great car. You can not ask for a better experience. No pressure bs, no games.
