Alan at CR Toyota was very helpful -- knowledgeable, conscientious, patient, thorough. He found the exact car we wanted in the exact color at another Toyota dealership and arranged a trade with them. He had the car delivered to CR for us, in perfect condition. When we picked up the car, he showed us how everything worked and spent time arranging the bluetooth and other settings in the vehicle so they would work just right for us (despite the fact that we were clearly his last customers for the day and he could leave as soon as we were finished!). Really appreciate his time and attention and the way we were treated by him and by the finance manager, Curt, too. More
