The multipoint inspection is a joke and it makes me wonder did they actually even rotate the tires. Everything was marked fine but i know i need coolant exchange and trans exchange because its 100k miles. Took roughly 4 hours for 2 oil changes and a rotate and a gumpy express service advisor. Who rudely, when i asked for the brake measurements said, come on really. Ill be making sure to let everyone i know of my service. I wouldve spent more money even but they dont care about you, your car or money More

1st Experience I bought a 2015 Highlander from CR Toyota in August. Brought it in for the 6 month service and was very satisfied. My appointment was at 1:00 and I I bought a 2015 Highlander from CR Toyota in August. Brought it in for the 6 month service and was very satisfied. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was out of there by 1:30. I am looking forward to the new Service Department next year, the building they are in now seems a little cramped. I live 80 miles north and will continue to have my car serviced here as long as the experience is good. I will be making another appointment in 6 months at the CR Toyota Service Department. More
