Castle Ford I have been getting my Ford Explorer serviced there for a while. They have treated me fairly & honestly even though I did not buy the vehicle there. Problem Solved! My husband purchased a Mustang GT when the dealership was still owned by Sauers. Long story short he took it in for an oil change and noticed scratch My husband purchased a Mustang GT when the dealership was still owned by Sauers. Long story short he took it in for an oil change and noticed scratches on the car. Service department attempted to fix but were not successful, so we contacted the general manager Mark Artibey. He quickly made sure the car was sent out for the scrathces to be taken care of and also had it detailed and when we picked it up it had a full tank of gas! It took us a bit to get our probem fixed but once we were working with Mark everything was fixed to our satisfaction. Thank You! More

New Vehicle Purchase I knew the car I wanted and found the best deal with Castle online. Since we live 45 minutes away, we worked with the online sales initially and then I knew the car I wanted and found the best deal with Castle online. Since we live 45 minutes away, we worked with the online sales initially and then met with Kyle when we came in for test drive. Very low pressure sales which is great. While most final details and approval were completed online, it took several hours to be able to complete final paperwork to take ownership and finally drive off the lot. I totally recommend the multi-year paint and interior protection that is offered. My new black car has been rained on several times and has dried without spots which is amazing compared to my previous experience with similar products applied annually. More

exasperating 8/23/18: Car into Castle service dept. for oil change and 75.000 mile check up. OK Needs new tires - 4/32" remaining. They have Goodyear tires in stoc 8/23/18: Car into Castle service dept. for oil change and 75.000 mile check up. OK Needs new tires - 4/32" remaining. They have Goodyear tires in stock. Make appointment for 8/27 to replace 4 tires. Arrive Castle service at 0825. Car up and tires removed.@ 0900. Then Troy tells me that the tires for my car were sold Saturday 8/25. Forgot to mark them sold on 8/23.Oops. New tires will be in 8/28 @1000. Since tires are off, loaner offered. OK. 8/28. Call Castle and told the car will be ready after lunch. Arrive @ Castle 1238. Car not ready yet. Return loaner and Samantha says they will put a $5 - 10 charge on my credit card. I am told that I have to pay for the gas. I question this as I only drove the car home ,10 miles and back. I had the loaner because Castle service had messed up. A young male then stepped up an said " because of my attitude " he would wave the gas money. I asked him explain that statement and words were exchanged. I left service dept and sat with my salesman and related the story. He and the Manager told me to fill this form out. More
