The service department is stellar!!!! I love my Lincoln MKX, but had a serious issue with the brake system(brake pump). I called in and spoke with Ashley in the service department, and she I love my Lincoln MKX, but had a serious issue with the brake system(brake pump). I called in and spoke with Ashley in the service department, and she told me to bring my car in right away and they would get to it that afternoon. Ashley also stated that due to scheduled services, all loaner vehicles were spoken for, but was able to have a porter ready on the spot to take me to my office. She called me later that afternoon to inform me that everything was fixed and that she would be sending a porter out to bring me back to the dealership. The Castle service department and Ashley not only saved the day, but made a major problem completely stress free!!! They were all so amazing! More
