My wife and I have had numerous experiences with new car deliveries with Mercedes, KIA, Chrysler and Nissan, but without any hesitation we can say, Jacob was the most personable, knowledgeable, professional deliveries with Mercedes, KIA, Chrysler and Nissan, but without any hesitation we can say, Jacob was the most personable, knowledgeable, professional and was a very attentive representative for Casey KIA. Jacob's attention to detail made our 4 and half hour process run smoothly and answered all questions to our full satisfaction. We would like to point out that James (finance department) was detailed in his explanations regarding all contracts and warranties provided by or offered by KIA.
