The following Wednesday I had a chance to actually wipe the car down, only to discover multiple dents just under the charging access door. My first? "How could this be Certified Pre-Own Vehicle" with multiple dents in that area. Very difficult to see without knowing. Sending pictures to sales person Matt, of both sides, claims that he can't see. Sent more pics, and I didn't here from him. At this point, I know that I'm probably not able to return the Vehicle, which I understand. That's the risk you take buying a car later in the evening. My Wife really loves the car. I just will like Casey BMW of Newport News, VA. to at least try to repair it. More

One of the best car purchasing experiences, in our tactical business relationship, ever. Macrocsopically, there were a few disconnects, that, while not game-stoppers, do contribute to that 1% that differentiate Casey from all others. The car was not ready for me at pickup time - battery charging was not complete; minus the Genius experience, which was good, I spent an additional 2-plus hours in the store, before I was ready to depart. I love all of these folks, but there seemed to be a slight disconnect in between process steps. Sales manager was great. The finance guy was great….the people worked with the process they had. Lastly, I forwarded an email that I would have loved be shared with the people working on the assembly line…..to connect their efforts to delivering a wonderful car to a customer they did not know. My intention was to close that gap….my own leadership experience tells me that this matters when it comes to job satisfaction. More
