Great experience I never write reviews, however, this time I will make an exception. I came to Casey BMW to test drive few pre-owned vehicles. This didn't settle with I never write reviews, however, this time I will make an exception. I came to Casey BMW to test drive few pre-owned vehicles. This didn't settle with me, although, Dennis was very friendly and patient with me, since I consider myself pretty complicated person. After I finally decided what I want we made a deal. But of course, I had second thoughts and switched to another vehicle. There was no pushing, no talking me into anything. I spent there almost all day. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I drove home in a new pre-owned car. The new morning I realized I should have gotten the first one I picked. It was brand new car. I called them and there was no problem of switching the cars and paperwork around. Not to mention, Dennis drove to Va Beach himself to switch the cars and finalize all paperwork. Thank you very much Dennis and the rest of the Casey BMW Team, with whoever I had a chance to communicate. Highly recommended! More

Bomb.com My grandfather and I was looking for a car we really wanted the x4- or x6 but my budget did not allow that but Dennis found me the next best thing my My grandfather and I was looking for a car we really wanted the x4- or x6 but my budget did not allow that but Dennis found me the next best thing my 328i GT. I love it. We filled out the application 8 at night and by 9am the next morning they were ready for us to pick up the car!!! It was clean and had a full tank of gas. Finance department was quick and easy and they didn’t Over sell. Not to mention she beat my original apr rate that I was approved for. Everyone was down to earth honest and realistic. Last but not least I got my FREE hat that I asked for! Thanks guys! More
