The vehicle was loaded and made right to fit my size. It handled and affirmed my preference for a BMW. It was a good deal, I asked for a great deal but was denied by one of the salesman. Overall, I gave this dealership a four due to the lack of truly understanding the customer and not performing to the customer. They even forgot to provide a free tank of Gas. My sales agent corrected the manner quickly after my return and if it were not for my sales agent, I would not have bought my car from this dealership. More
