Love my van but it only lasted 5 days.After my trip I start having issues with the van starting,in the shop ever since and they can't figure what's wrong with it. I had an amazing experience with Carvana. The ease of browsing their inventory, and the in-depth descriptions, and video tours of their vehicles made me feel as if I knew the car I was buying before I ev browsing their inventory, and the in-depth descriptions, and video tours of their vehicles made me feel as if I knew the car I was buying before I ever saw it. Completing the process online was simple and fast and I got to pick my car up from a really cool vending machine! And the 7-day trial took all the risk out of the process. The only negative was the 10 day delay on my original pickup date due to a breakdown of the car transport. That’s why I have to give 4/5 stars. More

My car arrived over a week late and it did not come with My car arrived over a week late. I asked them to waive the ‘shipping’ fee and they refused. The car also did not come with a key fob so I had to buy My car arrived over a week late. I asked them to waive the ‘shipping’ fee and they refused. The car also did not come with a key fob so I had to buy one from a dealer. The car was late because they said the window was broken. They were not able to give me any further information. I was wondering if the window had been smashed in or if it was an electrical problem. No one could tell me. The key fob that was supposed to be included with the car ended up costing me $120. They did offer to cover it with the warranty but it was going to take a really long time and was over complex. Having the car was delivered was convenient, but since I had to go to a dealer to get a key fob made, it didn’t really save me any time for hassle. More
