From the customer service to the maintenance techs the agents/employees have been readily available and helpful. The process did have some wrinkles (e.g. my financing terms suddenly changing) but wasn't a deal breaker. The vehicle is in top notch condition except for a few minor flaws which Carvana is taking full care of at the time of writing this review. I've seen many people complaining about negative experiences with carvana but honestly, after dealing with money hogging dealerships this was an absolute breeze for me. More

The images were very detailed, high quality, and found it extremely helpful to see the condition of the vehicle. I financed through Carvana and uploading my documentss`1 was super easy. I received a call to verify my information but other than that, I did not have to deal with a person hovering over me while I looked at cars. I received my car, test drove it for 7 days, and happy to say I found my car. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to Carvana should they be in the market for buying an affordable car. More

Originally I thought this process was amazing. The online portion of selecting the car, setting up financing, and initializing pick up/delivery seemed great! However, I got a call/email/text the morning I was supposed to pick up my first car on 11/23, and there was a mechanical issue and the pick up was delayed until 12/6. I needed a car ASAP, so I couldn’t wait that long. I looked through the site again and found the VW Passat and set up a new pick up for a week later on 11/30. That day I get a call that the car is ready, but there was transport damage. It was a big dent and scratch in the back. Carvana said that they could fix it (and delay pick up again), or I could take the car and we could work out the repair. Again, I needed a car so I took it. Once I got to the vending machine at my scheduled pick up time, I’m told that they’re running behind, so I didn’t actually get my car until an hour after I was supposed to, which kind of eliminates the ease of not going to a dealership. Once I picked up my car, there was the dent/scratch, but also more damage to the undercarriage protector. The guy helping with the sale, Jay, said that he would set up a ticket for the After Sales Repair team to call within 24-36 hours. I waited about 48 hours with no call before I called Caravana customer service. The rep I spoke with advised me that he didn’t see a ticket open for anyone to call, so he opened a ticket and I had to wait more time to be contacted. I’m now in the process of getting my damage fixed, but this whole process has been way more hassle than a normal dealership. I would recommend it if you are in a bind and can’t go up to a dealership, because the online shopping portion was great, but don’t expect a smooth ride the whole process. More
Great concept for cars, not trucks. I drove 3 hours to see the vending option with my grandkids only to be disappointed that my truck did not fit and was parked outside. I would’ve just had it delivered and saved myself the gas and 6 hours!!! When I arrived the check tire light was on. The outside temperature was not working. I had to go get the tire repaired before I could drive it home. More
