I will NEVER go to a car dealership again! My coolant was low. The rep I spoke to advised me to purchase the coolant, send in the receipt and they would reimburse me. I did just that. False Advertising A friend of mine just bought her car from Carvana. Process was smooth and delivery was expected to be quick. She purchased a fully automatic car. The site described it as fully automatic, all her paperwork described it as fully automatic. Guess what shows up? The car she bought, with a manual transmission. They take the car back but won't work with her on any kind of compensation for falsely advertising the vehicle. No temp car to get her to work, no compensation for time and trouble, nothing. Very disappointed in this company. BEWARE OF FALSELY ADVERTISED VEHICLES! More

Everyone we were in contact with in Tempe, AZ by phone was pleasant, helpful, patient and answered all of our questions and Getting started was easy. The delivery of the vehicle was at the agreed upon time and the processes of trading in our previous car was simple and quick. The two gentleman who made the delivery (Nicholas Grego & Wilfredo Burgos) were friendly, patient, explained everything we needed to know and were just great to deal with. We have previously purchased 24 cars in our lifetime ( most new, several used) and by far this was the easiest most hassle free experience ever. More
