Disappointed with the overall experience. Drove 2:45, 180 miles one way, arrived 40 minutes early and vehicle was not ready for 12:20pm pick up. Customer service is friendly thats about the only perk. They damaged my car right before delivery which made them 2 hours late for delivery. Upon delivery it was obvious the vehicle had not been washed in They damaged my car right before delivery which made them 2 hours late for delivery. Upon delivery it was obvious the vehicle had not been washed in months. I got an inspection done during my 7 day test drive and 2 grand worth of repairs were found that they somehow missed during a "150 point inspection". I had to pay the 50 dollar deductible because I didn't have time to find a service place with Silver Rock since I had already taken time off of work to go find a body shop to fix the damage they did. All I got from carvana was a "oh dear we are so sorry this is happening!". No compensation of any sort. Would not recommend to anyone unless you really can't find a trusty dealership. More

This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had, and I’ve bought a lemon from a guy on the street. I bought the car in October and I didn’t receive it till JANUARY! They gave me all kinds of grief about payment method, insisting that I physically go to my bank which I CAN’T because it is located overseas. After getting the car in January I STILL don’t have the registration or plates and it is MARCH! On top of all that the car has had several problems since I got it. I discovered a crack in the windshield, the undercarriage was dragging on the ground, the AC doesn’t work, the tire inflation was all jacked up, and now there’s something wrong with the starter and it won’t turn on. Someone else might have a better experience here but mine was just awful 🤬 More
