Your after care manager could care less. I described verbatim in my other post. You still have time to make this right. By saturday when the car is supposed to be done. New battery and checked. PLEASE dont let me find bad belts, air filters or other basic things that shoukd have been taken care of. The seat belt doesnt work right on the drivers side either. I serioysly just want s car i can love. Im goving you my favoritecar that ive rver owned due to not maling enough money for the payment. So why dont you do somethin right to help me instead of send generic responses to all these upset people? Ill take all of them down if someone with a heart actually goes out of their way to make this better. You have a chance.

I have 7 days left on my temporary plate. I called to see if I would get my registration and plate on time as I have seen negative reviews where people did not get their registration on time. They assured me I would with one week left. We will see. They could have easily been more proactive in handling the fuel door that fell off my Carvana car. Not a huge repair but an expense and time issue I was not planning on. They could have at least sent me a coffee mug. They really don’t care.
