This was my first purchase with Carvana. At first, I was hesitant to use this process to purchase my vehicle. Finally, I got the courage to do it. It was easy, quick and convenient. I was able to order my car in a matter of minutes and set a delivery date. On the delivery date, to my disappointment, I was informed that my vehicle had been damaged during transport and had the option to wait for repairs or order another vehicle. The staff worked with me to make it right and before I knew it I was watch my new car arrive at my front door. Carvana recognized by upcoming birthday and delivered the car with a bow and balloons. This experience was the best I have seen and I encourage other to purchase their next vehicle from Carvana. You Guy are Fantastic!! More

Excellent experience buying and selling a car! We wanted to trade our KIA Niro (POC) for a Chevy Volt (best PHEV ever) so I got quotes from every single dealer in order to see how much they would g We wanted to trade our KIA Niro (POC) for a Chevy Volt (best PHEV ever) so I got quotes from every single dealer in order to see how much they would give us for the Niro, and at the end Tesla was the best quote at $22k, so after that I remembered Carvana as we see it frequently as there's one right off the freeway that we use a lot so I thought in give it a shot and to my surprise, and convenience, I could do EVERYTHING on their website and in the comfort of my house, so I didn't have to waste countless hours as you do in a dealer just to get lowballed hard... they offered $24k for it, $2k more than the better quote and way more money than all the other dealers so then I browsed their inventory and found plenty of Chevy Volts so we selected one and did the WHOLE process in our house, it was unbelievable easy and fast! We book the appoinment and went drop the KIA and pick up the Volt, not only it was fast and easy, it also was fun to see how this is a giant car vending machine and that you insert a coin and watch your car coming down the vending machine, our kids loved it. The experience hasn't ended yet as they provide a 7-day money back warranty in case you didn't liked the car or you found something is wrong with it. You can return it and get your money back, I have NEVER heard of any other dealer that offers such thing. They also followed up at any time providing updates on your registration and plates, which arrived within a week! Yes, just a week after the purchase. The last time we purchased a car (the Niro) at a dealer they took a couple months to send us the plates and of course zero updates on it. If it wasn't enough yet, Carvana provides a 90 days warranty/insurance in case something wrong comes up. BTW, we went in and out in less than 30 minutes! This has been a supreme experience buying and selling a car, these guys are totally changing the game by doing things as easy as they should be for anybody wanting to buy or sell a car. More

No haggling at all! No sitting at the dealership for hours! No dealer fees! Having the car delivered to my house was pretty cool. The Carvana employee was patient enough to answer any questions we had and let us take our time to test drive the car. The only negative i have had is that unfortunately the TPMS system needs to be checked and replaced on the car, which happened a few days after we got it. Luckily, Carvana provides 100 days of coverage which allows us to get this issue addressed. Overall it was a really great experience. More

First time internet car buyer here! We had heard good things about Carvana so when we decided to look for a used car, we included them in our search. We found exactly what we wanted on their website at a fair price and the buying process was super easy. Our new (to us) Honda Accord was delivered to our home 3 days after purchase. Our delivery advocate, Fernanda, was wonderful to work with. Huge kudos to her! We took the car to our mechanic during our 7 day "do we keep it or not" period and a few things needed to be done- nothing major. SilverRock ok'ed everything when we took it to one of their approved shops. The shop (Pep boys) was a headache to deal with and somewhat incompetent but that isn't Carvana's fault. All in all, a great car buying experience! Thanks Carvana! More
