The process was very easy. I chose Carvana after an extremely aggravating experience at a dealership. I will never use a dealership again. Even with a couple bumps in the process it is 1000 times bette extremely aggravating experience at a dealership. I will never use a dealership again. I have nothing bad to say and the only constructive thing is that you can trust them. It made car buying a breeze. Found the car on AARP car buying site. Carvana called shortly after, explained the whole pro is that you can trust them. It made car buying a breeze. Found the car on AARP car buying site. Carvana called shortly after, explained the whole process and there were zero surprises other than my surprise at how smoothly it all went. With none of the usual car buying, motor vehicle bureau and up sell hassle at all! And the person who dropped off the Jeep couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. I kept waiting for a shoe to drop and it hasn’t. Very happy. More

Everything I could expect to be completed, was done on time and in a very friendly manner. The ease of use was as easy as doing a refinance with Quicken Loans. It was a no pressure experience, with plenty of time to review the paperwork on my own at home. The car itself was very clean, in great shape. The price was good too compared to similar cars on Kelly Blue Book and CarGurus. Especially when you account for the 7 day guarantee, 100 day warranty, the inspection, and buying experience. I feel confident and satisfied with my purchase. It was definitely the most pleasant car buying experience that I've had. More

Horrible experience. Lost ever document I and my lender faxed over. Emailed me instructions for my property taxes which were wrong and now Carvana will not register my vehicle. Whe I received the vehicle I faxed over. Emailed me instructions for my property taxes which were wrong and now Carvana will not register my vehicle. Whe I received the vehicle I was provided verbal instruction on how, when, and where to pay my property taxes and the instructions were wrong. I received an email explaining what to do and I did it, only to receive a phone call saying they will not accept the receipt for my property taxes. Now Carvana has halted all registration filing. The DMV will not registered my vehicle or accept the title from my Lein holder because Carvana will send over the proper documents. The worst experience I ever had with making any purchase in my life. I will never recommend Carvana and I will never buy another vehicle through them again. No one is willing to resolve anything and just keeps telling me I have to do more after I’ve already done everything I was instructed to do. Everytime I call I’m on hold for a minimum or 20 minutes and every person has to put me on hold again to ask someone else my question because they have an answer and neither does the person they ask. Unprepared and not knowledgeable in selling cars and filing registrations. Not only was the administrative side a nightmare, the interior of the vehicle was disgusting and had not cleaned. Dirt and dust were all over the back seats, the windows were caked with greasy films and had not been washed. Someone used amoral to clean the leather seats making them extremely greasy and slippery. The interior smelled like a mechanic shop. Poor quality with cleanliness. Very unhappy and disappointed. More
