Buying during a pandemic I understand things wouldn’t go as smoothly as they should. There are small things that could have made my purchase better still. My car was delivered by a third party carrier which as smoothly as they should. There are small things that could have made my purchase better still. My car was delivered by a third party carrier which was my choice, but I was unaware that would mean I would not receive temporary plates the same day. The car was extremely dirty and I have yet to receive my gift card to get it washed. Still waiting on registration. Overall staff was very helpful and I like the car. Decent experience. Appreciate the $20 gift card to the Carvana store. More

Great experience My old car had been totaled in an accident so I searched various online resources for local cars to buy. I wanted a specific car, and a specific color My old car had been totaled in an accident so I searched various online resources for local cars to buy. I wanted a specific car, and a specific color, so local selection was very limited. I checked Carvana and they had several cars that met my search criteria, many with free shipping. The online experience was great, description was complete & accurate, flaws clearly identified, Purchase was easy, and when the car arrived, it was exactly as advertised, plus it had new tires & new looking break rotors, neither of which had been advertised, so that was great. At delivery, quick test drive, then a 7 day return for any reason trial period. All in all, I probably paid $500 more than I would have if I found one locally (which I couldn't), but still less than other order & ship type purchases. I would definitely use Carvana again. More

I found the website very easy to use, the inventory of cars was also impressive. My car buying experience was certainly favorable comparable to going to a dealership and spending hours on end while they t cars was also impressive. My car buying experience was certainly favorable comparable to going to a dealership and spending hours on end while they try and do what dealerships do. I would recommend to my friends and family.. only sad that COVID19 ruined my car vending machine experience but better save then sorry ! Happy to of purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion with 34k miles More
