I truly enjoyed my Carvana experience. The online process was very easy and I was able to select, finance and schedule pickup/delivery of my vehicle in under an hour. The vehicle arrived with a torn seat, and damage to the paint in several areas. Carvana's insurance company, Silver Rock has been completely useless and has not responded to multiple requests to authorize the repair from the facility they sent me to. At this point I've been without my new vehicle for 9 days and Silver Rock continues its lack of any response. My car is being held hostage awaiting authorization on repairs that Carvana and Silver Rock have been aware of since the day the car was delivered. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had - and my dissatisfaction continues as no one from Carvana or Silver Rock is doing anything to resolve the issues. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARVANA!!!!!! More
Terrible communication. Car showed up around 6pm for a 230Pm delivery. I was called several times to let me know they were going to be late. I understand they had a hauler down but there was no clear time 230Pm delivery. I was called several times to let me know they were going to be late. I originally selected the 230pm time so I could have coverage for someone to watch my infant son while I received the vehicle. I was not expecting such a late delivery. More

My new car. So my new car 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT was over a week late being delivered. And when the day did finially come for it to be delivered they of course were late delivering it. The rearview mirror is barely hanging on and missing a piece which was not in the pictures so must of happened sometime during the extra week they had my car. I noticed the change oil flash up after I had the car for about 100 miles. Not sure if I just missed it the first day because I didn't know it would show as soon as I turned the key then disappear so now I have to get an oil change on a car I had for 2 days. The extended warranty isn't extended it's concurrent with the factory warranty so I paid for a warranty that my vehicle already has on it. If it wasn't for the Covid shutdown this would have been a no sale. Wish I would have waited for a real dealership. More
