Lots of errors. 30 minutes isn't long enough to finish the purchase. Too many glitches, had to extend the time. Doesn't seem to work well with the Safari browser. 81% of your customers finance through Carvana...at 6.7 % interest..really?! I have great credit and that is super high. Got a loan at 3.9%. You are missing out on financing revenue from people with good credit. Wait time on hold is always 20, 30 minutes or longer. Always have to select for a call back. That's a great option! Not clear how the referral program works. No details on the website. Always have to call to get info. In my case, the touch-less delivery was a joke! Delivery person was wearing a mask, but not covering his nose. He supposedly sanitized the vehicle, but in reality it was a blue shop rag and I never saw any disinfectant. After he left I wipe down the vehicle myself. After two swipes of the steering wheel my wipe was very dirty. Same thing with the radio, door handle and driver's seat. Used 3 wipes on just the driver's area and all 3 were very dirty. I has photos of the dirty wipes. Don't get me wrong, overall the vehicle looked clean, but when I used wipes it told a different story. I think he forgot to bring clean rags and disinfectant and his wiping down everything was just for show. Sorry, but you advertise that it's touch-less delivery and everything is sanitized. It gave me a false sense of security! I'm glad I decided to cleaned it myself. More

During the delivery process they couldn't make it to my home so i went and exchanged it in person to the hub, i was ok with that. So i exchanged the Nissan rouge for a kia Sportage. I loved the car but on day 4 when i went to go move it i saw a huge puddle of oil. I opted for the extra certified insurance and it was still with in the 7 day and 100 day insurance guarantee. Immediately i called Carvana they were pleasant, they apologized, and advised i take it to Pep Boys ASAP since i liked the car and i preferred to keep it and not exchange it. The very next day took it to Pep Boys for the 8 am appointment i was there until 1pm because SilverRock, Carvana's partner were taking their time with approving the claim. After waiting and waiting i called Carvana were able to expedite the process but silver rock denied it because it wasn't considered mechanical issue. Those i had the car for only 5 days and driven it twice, from picking it up at the hub to work, and they didn't want to fix it though. So i returned because who wants a car with problems right from the start, i didn't even try another car because third one isn't refundable and after 2 cars with mechanical issues i didn't trust the company. i think its poor service to provide all extra insurance to charge 18k for a car and it had a mechanical issue and expect the customer to pay $400 out of pocket, When the car is "new" so overall i recommend you go to real dealer where if a car has in issue within the 1st week you know they will take of it. More

The return process was as advertised, I returned it within seven days for a full refund. Carvana had another vehicle “coming soon” and I was able to place a deposit on it so I would have the first opportunity to buy it when it became available. That one was perfect, the delivery & return process was safe, respectful, with trained pleasant employees. I won’t be going back to old school car buying. Kudos Carvana! More

The prices generally seemed fine; you probably could find cheaper if you shopped local deals but not much cheaper. More
