Concept is great. Found exactly the car I wanted. Had trouble getting my bank and Carvana on the same page though. I ordered the car in my name, but the financing was included my wife. Had four or five separate delivery dates set, then canceled because of this problem. Suggestion: add a prompt that asks about name on title vs name on loan as part of the order. And don't schedule a delivery date unless everyone is confident that the financing is squared away. Also, the car came with a cracked windshield that wasn't disclosed. Getting it replaced didn't go well. First, the vendor that handles this for you, SilverRock, said they didn't cover windshields. After more back and forth with Carvana, they agreed to cover it. But the tech that came only did minor windshield repairs, not replacements. He agreed it needed to be replaced, not repaired. Will contact SilverRock again Monday to give this another shot, but it's been a major hassle. One last thing: the car had no front license plate bracket. Carvana agreed to cover the cost of adding one (they're required in CA), but we'll have to invest yet more time on that as well. Overall, I expected to order a car, have my bank validate the financing, and get the car delivered in good condition, all with a few mouse clicks and key strokes, and maybe a call or two. Turned out I invested more time and effort in this transaction than I would have at a dealer. More
As with any purchase of this size, the complexities will always bring up problems or issues. So, for me, this review is more about problem resolution than whether or not problems occur. With my purchase, we had several issues along the way. Carvana was exceptionally quick to correct the issues with my vehicle, and their customer service, once I was able to contact a live person, was exceptional with friendly and knowledgable people who seemed eager to make me happy with my purchase. My only issue on the service side was the chat area. Boiler plate responses to chat questions with an imaginary person was frustrating. Every time I tried to utilize the chat area, I was met with pre-loaded responses of a simplistic nature that did not adequately address my issues, and did not provide a quick means to engage with a live individual. This was frustrating. The vehicle was as advertised, but experienced some significant damage in transit. I took delivery, since the driver was extremely pleasant, and assured me that Carvana would back the claim against the damage, and was intent on making me a satisfied customer. I quickly brought the vehicle to the body shop, who took over the estimate and repair details with Silver Rock. Silver Rock approved the repair very quickly, and I am scheduled to have the work done next week that will bring the vehicle to the standards advertised on the website. I can give Carvana very high marks. This is my first purchase by this format, and I will come back again, and recommend Carvana to anyone looking to escape the stress of working with dealerships intent on maximizing a persons weaknesses. ALL Carvana employees are exceptionally pleasant to work with, and very good at being sympathetic and supportive of customer needs. I did not recored who they were, but hope Carvana will take the time to thank them all for me. More

Took three tries to get the right vehicle. The website was showing incorrect details about the vehicle. Ended up with a great vehicle in the third delivery. Still waiting on their insurance company to c was showing incorrect details about the vehicle. Ended up with a great vehicle in the third delivery. Overall a pleasant experience. Communication could have been better. Also, I wanted to use the 7 day return policy to switch cars. But for some reason it wouldn't allow me to do it on my sixth day. I tried to contact Carvana but it was a Sunday and it was impossible. I received an email that a car I was interested had become available at around 9pm on Sunday which was exactly 6 days from when I picked up my vehicle. I tried to contact Carvana but no one was there and I never received a return call. In the agreement someone from Carvana was supposed to contact me on day seven to make sure everything was ok and that also never happened. More
We decided to go with Carvana not because of the touch less aspect but because we are just tired of dealerships.
