2nd time customer. 1st time they failed to pay the sales tax they collected from me and we had to drive on expired temp plates for months while they refused to help despite many many requests. This time I b tax they collected from me and we had to drive on expired temp plates for months while they refused to help despite many many requests. This time I bought for cash but Carvana pulled a hard credit inquiry in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and failed to call me back about it after explicitly promising to do so and I also just received a text saying that my resignation will probably be delayed again this time. Fantastic website but complete disregard for clients. Caveat emptor More

All in all was decent....they did mess my delivery date up and where ever they took the car to be serviced before drip off didnt put the hub caps back on correctly and I lost all 4 of them and my check eng up and where ever they took the car to be serviced before drip off didnt put the hub caps back on correctly and I lost all 4 of them and my check engine light came on a day after getting the car. Abysmal. In every possible way. I will never buy a car from carvana again. You've made this process unbearably painful EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. As we speak, I'm arguing with one of your people who have info from carvana again. You've made this process unbearably painful EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. As we speak, I'm arguing with one of your people who have informed we a week later that they STILL haven't registered my car in a state where it is ILLEGAL to drive with the temporary plates you have provided. Between the disaster working as a go between with you and my insurance company (whom you should have been working with directly in the first place) to rescheduling delivery 5 TIMES to unresponsive and downright unhelpful customer service, I will never use your service again and I will inform everyone I know what a disaster it's been from start to finish so they won't suffer the same horrendous experience that I did. More

I was a bit skeptical about using Carvana having never used a company that operates completely online. Yet after visiting various lots in town over a 4 months period, only to realize that each of those c used a company that operates completely online. Yet after visiting various lots in town over a 4 months period, only to realize that each of those cars weren't quite right, I realized that having access to so many cars I was able to find exactly what I was looking for with Carvana. I couldn't pass up the purchase when the right car came up, and now that I have completed the whole process and received my new plates, I have to say that it really was a good experience.
