I have to admit I was skeptical at first about buying a car online but as I worked through the process I became more comfortable and confident that I could not only find the car I wanted but sell my existi car online but as I worked through the process I became more comfortable and confident that I could not only find the car I wanted but sell my existing car as well. The Carvana site is easy to navigate and within a few minutes I had a firm offer on my existing car. With that info in hand I was able to search and find exactly the car I wanted that also fit my budget. Within a week I had my new corvette delivered to my home and my existing car picked up. From start to finish the entire experience was hassle free and easy. When I had any questions a customer advocate was readily available to assist me. The best part was I did not have to deal with DMV - Carvana handled all of that! More

I waited three days for an actual person to respond to my submitted order, only to be told via text that my status had timed out and if I still wanted the car I needed to go back in and complete the form again. If I added up the time spent on the phone, it would have been faster at a dealership. More
I have been totally pleased with my carvana experience. At one point during my purchase a problem arose with the car I was buying . After the car going to the shop carvana notified me that they weren't comfortable selling the car and I should probably pick out another one. Them being this honest with me gave me even more trust in their services. I would 100% purchase from carvana again in the future and would refer them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I want to Sara off with that I was unbelievably disappointed when I bought my first car from here. I purchased a 2015 4Runner and it was the easiest process ever. Come to find out a WEEK later I was notified that the car I purchased had already been sold to someone else’s 2 WEEKS ago. This is unacceptable when buying a car especially online. I received $350 towards a sticker price of a new car of my choice.... really noting when you’re spending over 30K on a vehicle. Second, trying to get ahold of anyone with Carvana took over an hour with customer service just to find out they can’t do anything to help me but just say “sorry” I ended up spending $4,000 more on a different 4 runner I found and was told it was going to be delivered Monday and I get a text on Monday saying that it’ll be here Wednesday... very unorganized and lack of communication with the sales team and delivery team. When my new 4Runner was delivered I noticed that when driving over 45MPH I could hear wind coming in through the windshield, all 4 tires are dry rotted, the allotment is completely off (car pulls left hard) maintenance required light is now on, MUCH MORE scratches and dents on the vehicle than I was told in the beginning. And to top it all off my APR was 3.9 but on my contract it said 4.7... a customer service associate said that the ONLY way to get it back down to 3.9 was to add Carvana care.... which makes so sense whatsoever. This has been the most unfair experience I’ve ever gone through. It’s not like I’m buying a cheap car. THIS VEHICLE WAS OVER 30K! I should have been compensated a lot more for the amount of stress I’ve gone though. Only thing going for Carvana is their low prices compared to everyone else. More
Quite honestly, it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. Paperwork was minimal and it was easy to upload documents. The driver of the flatbed was friendly and had all paperwork ready and organized. The car was as described with no surprises. They even put brand new tires on. The seven-day return policy allowed me to get the car inspected by my mechanic and gave me peace of mind. I Will definitely buy from Carvana again. More
