I was nervous to deal with a dealer that I couldn't see or test drive a vehicle before a purchase. I went ahead and checked it out. I got to see the vehicles inside and out. Which was a great relief for me, salesmen can be so pushy. When I found a vehicle that tickled my fancy carvana kept me informed on their process. The day came for me to pick up the vehicle and the delivery man was super helpful and nice. He allowed me plenty of time and information to make an informed decision. I was given an extra 7 days to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase which helped even more for me to be sure that I was making a choice that was good for me and my family. It has been the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. More

The dealership was very disappointing because at 7:30 am I got a call saying the truck was not going to be ready on time. I was never given a solid time to come and when I called back hours later no one pic I got a call saying the truck was not going to be ready on time. I was never given a solid time to come and when I called back hours later no one picked up the phone. I drove 40 minutes to see when I could pick up the car and they still did not have a time I could pick it up. I called corporate and they were finally able to give me a time. 3pm. 4 and a half hours later than I scheduled. It killed my whole Saturday and when I showed up I couldn't even use the coin vending machine with my daughter. The whole reason I wanted to pick the truck up. The whole process was bad and caused me to not use carvana to buy my wife's car. Carvana missed out on 35000 dollars because my wife was so upset we just went to a traditional dealership for her car. The truck also had a lot of damage to the front bumper that was not listed. I will not use the service again. More
