We have used the Carvana experience for my wife's car and was very pleased with the process, so I decided to use then again for my car. Went online and got everything done in the comfort of our home. Didn't have to spend all day at a dealership, (which was something that I didn't want to do.) I had those experiences before and was avoiding it. I gave a 5 star rating for that alone however, I had a sheduled time for delivery at 1:30 well that came and went was getting close to the 1 hr window for completion. I had to reach out and see what was going on, when a advocate responded found out that the delivery driver went home sick and my appointment got pushed back to 4:30. I totally understand that circumstances come up, the other delivery driver did reach out and his ETA was right on time which was actually 4:15, thank you for that but some one should have reached out to me instead of me having to find out what was going on. That was the only issue I had. Everything else was great. More

Carvana has fantastic customer service and quality representatives. I would definitely buy again my vehicle is great and I love it. This was the first time I used Carvana, I was a bit confused at first because I never bought a car on line before. But they walked me thru the process effortlessly, I enjoyed the experience. This is my first total stress free used car purchase. I was worried thinking “this really can’t be this easy!” I even asked the underwriter on the phone “now is this really it?
