My initial experience was pretty good. As I live outside the Danvers Carvana service area I had to meet my new car and trade the old by meeting in Hooksett, NH. After the driver took four pictures of my old the Danvers Carvana service area I had to meet my new car and trade the old by meeting in Hooksett, NH. After the driver took four pictures of my old car and slapped a bar code sticker on it. He unloaded the new car which had temporary Georgia plates on it and after signing the papers I was on my way. Really simple process and the car has been wonderful as well. The problem began when I didn't receive my New Hampshire plates after a month. When I called to speak with someone I waited over a half hour to through and was told I could go to the website and get a new Georgia temporary plate. I explained that I can't get the car inspected with a Georgia registration nor could I get a town sticker. Finally, just over two months since I picked up the car I receive my NH plates and registration. I then notice the car is only registered until July and they had charged me the "transparent" fees of $640 to title and register the car but the actual costs were only $176. When I messaged them about it I was told they review the sales after the quarter to determine if there were any overcharges. Complete xxxxxxxx. Now when I try to call them it says the wait time is more than an hour. More
I liked having the vast amount of cars to choose from their site. It was easy to navigate. My main complaint is that it's not blatantly clear that you really need to have financing, and your deposit in t their site. It was easy to navigate. My main complaint is that it's not blatantly clear that you really need to have financing, and your deposit in the bank within the clock timer or you could loose your car. I spoke with several friendly agents because I had an issue with my bank putting a hold on my funds because my deposit was more than half the total purchase price. My first try I spent months looking for a car and my second attempt another month. I waited to have money ,funds verification.,financing, and Insurance ready for a car I didn't quite have locked in queue. Once I found a car with the funds in the account,it was a race to get the paperwork done within the timer limit of 24 hours! It was a bit rushed and stressful at times. The process was seamless and easy when everything was in order. Delivery was perfect and easy and I love my new car! My car didn't quite have all the features I thought I was getting but they do offer original sticker to view but it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall, a good experience without all the car sales center hype. I'd recommend Carvana with the caveat of finding a practice car to get an idea of $ needed before you plunge in for the car of your dreams especially if you are credit challenged. I would buy a car from them again now that I know what to expect. More
2019 Lexus GS 350 FSport - whole passenger side was scratched & not disclosed. Dent in lower passenger fender, not disclosed. They farm out repair claims, no response for 8 days. I told them to take th scratched & not disclosed. Dent in lower passenger fender, not disclosed. They farm out repair claims, no response for 8 days. I told them to take the car back. They delivered the car with car wax all hazy so I couldn't see the damage. They bill you for a full registration even when you have a plate to transfer over. Then you have to submit your docs and wait for a refund. Then I decided to get another car. They sent me a new contract that wasn't reflective of my previous $6700 cash down payment for car number 1. They wouldn't deliver the 2nd car without me signing the wrong contract missing my $6700 cash payment. They wanted me to trust they would bring a corrected contract. App won't allow pdf uploads and that's all they want for an insurance card. I missed my delivery window because I was flying and they wouldn't take a screen shot of my Insurance card on progressive. They also charged me a SECOND delivery fee of $590 after they sent a xxx damaged car. Don't do business with them, they scam a percentage of their buyers with damaged cars. More
I called Carvana to find out why my second temp registration is expired and I have no current registration. The fist employee said they cant get ahold of registration and just wait. I called 5 hour registration is expired and I have no current registration. The fist employee said they cant get ahold of registration and just wait. I called 5 hours later and the second employee said yes your expired and we will not be giving you a new current legal registration. He said to go to dmv and ask nicely for a extension. xxx? That is why I bought a car online guys. I am never going to dmv and Carvana has been a joke. What gives? I just want my plate so I don't get towed. This has been a horrible experience and Carvana doesn't care. More

The process of finding a vehicle was super easy. Search, order, and wait. The day I picked up my vehicle I immediately had issues with the tire pressure monitoring system. So, after repeated attempts to use order, and wait. The day I picked up my vehicle I immediately had issues with the tire pressure monitoring system. So, after repeated attempts to use the chat feature and online feature to report an issue I finally spoke with a real person. They referred me to the extended warranty people. So, two days after picking my car up I spent a day with it in the shop. And the list of preferred shops is terrible. So, I get the car, drive about 10 miles, and the same error code occurs. I call the shop back. I spent another day with the car at the shop. When I pick it up they advised they are not sure if it is fixed. Silverock wouldn't approve factory replacement parts so the car may not be able to read the new TPMS sensors. So, new car is in the shop 2 days out of the first 5. You can't actually talk to someone about the issue at Carvana. They just refer you to the extended warranty people. Now, I have to make an appointment with an actual Hyundai dealership because only they can replace a particular module or reprogram it. And, since that isn't a preferred vendor with the warranty people I guess I will pay $50. Which is kind of crappy since the problem, according to Pep Boy who attempted to repair the issue twice, existed since the new tires Carvana put on the vehicle and they did not disclose it at purchase. I would not repeat this mistake again. Go to a traditional dealership if you want any sort of customer service. More
