I purchased a Infiniti q50 from carvana I. 2018 had little to no issues. I just bought the Mercedes-Benz 2017 and I had lots of issues. First my driver's license wasn't good yet it was. So my order was canceled without valid reason at least 10 times. Then they said my insurance that I just put on the car wasn't good. Then they couldn't find the title It was a very long and arduous ordeal. I have recommended carvana in the past. Now O feel like some of carvana's employees are bias and less that adequate to work with the public. Someone back into something before bringing the vehicle. It was damaged. It will be fixed but thus should have been reported and solved prior to delivery. I was promised to be reimbursed for the trouble of take a month to get the car and also for my transportation for a couple of week But we'll see. I need my title to put on my personal plates but apparently that's a 6 week wait. shrugs Too many issues to buy a car from a seamless online dealer. I'd use carvana again but it would be with lots of questions More

My experience was concerning at first cause this is the second time I have bought a car from Carvana and the first time was perfect. But the Mini I got this time wasn’t that clean in the interior and the s second time I have bought a car from Carvana and the first time was perfect. But the Mini I got this time wasn’t that clean in the interior and the service engine light was on and kept sending warning signals. But since this is my second Mini I’ve owned I knew it would be that they never reset it after maintenance or it wasn’t serviced properly from the third party they used so I panicked. But the customer service girl named Kendall was so sweet and so professional and understood my worrying and got it taken care of first thing the next morning. I was so pleased with how she handled the situation and I drove off feeling very happy with my new purchase and all the stress I initially had was resolved perfectly. Thank you Kendall!! No issues at all - very pleased with the ease of purchase and the quality of the vehicle. Only thing I would do differently would be to make it easier to change the account associated with the down payment o and the quality of the vehicle.
