There was only one small blemish noted on the original listing. This is the reason I chose this vehicle. When it arrived it had SEVERAL cosmetic issues. Several. Not conducive with normal wear of a vehicle this new. No, your system did not work in the way your response implies. I encourage you to research accounts before responding with a generic reply insisting you did all the correct actions. I should probably lower my rating even further...I am trying to be generous.
