The people I worked with were very helpful and diligent with keeping me updated. The loss of 1 star is due to the process itself. It took 3 weeks for me to receive the vehicle after getting automated text with keeping me updated. The loss of 1 star is due to the process itself. It took 3 weeks for me to receive the vehicle after getting automated texts the night before the 1st 2 deliveries stating the vehicle was being delivered and then texts the day of stating there was a technical issue. They ultimately delivered the vehicle 3 days before the 3 scheduled time. They also are issuing a $25 credit per day for the lateness. The vehicle was as described and was detailed. I would recommend Carvana, but don't be in a rush to receive the vehicle potentially. More

Almost 3 weeks from time of purchase to delivery. Carvana favorite phase is we will get back to you to 24 to 48 hours and they never do. Ive had other people ask me how it was to deal with Carvana and after I told them they will never use Carvana. I can not think of one postive thing to say. Funny but not funny my bank did a transfer to Carvana and I was told I had to wait for the transaction to clear. They had no idea what a bank transfer mean. They are worse than dealing with a deaerlship. At least it does take 3 weeks to deliver. More

This is the third car I have purchased from Carvana. After spending a few days searching I found the right one. The delivery was delayed which I was not happy with but it was understandable. My car had only 16K miles and on delivery I found the tires were shot. Also found the touchscreen was delaminating. Both of these issues should have been caught and repaired before delivery. After driving the car a short time I found another electronic issue. I had to go through SilverRock, Carvana's service partner and found them difficult to deal with. I spent hours trying to resolve the issue with Carvana and SilverRock. After 3 days the repairs were finally approved. I was upset because I was wasting a lot of time trying to solve issues that Carvana should have taken care of before delivery. That being said, I love the car and I got a great deal on it. I am pleased with the purchase and I still believe in Carvana. My first two purchases went well and I understand that sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control. My only suggestion would be that Carvana find a better service company than SilverRock. I am happy they have approved the necessary repairs but it was a huge hassle. I find all of the advocates friendly and helpful and even though I had huge issues I still will recommend Carvana in the future. More
