Love the concept but the ability to get support was near ZERO. They are either incredibly under-staffed or purposefully make it near impossible to reach someone that actually wants to help. Lots of happy talk, friendly, and scripted but NO substance to the support. I highly recommend you think twice before proceeding. Based on my experience, I fully expect the exercise of providing feedback will fall on deaf ears....it did for the entire week I attempted to get a simple question answered. From the very beginning, once I decided to buy my 2020 Ford Ranger XLT from Carvana, it has been nothing short of AMAZING!! Every single person I have spoken with, from customer service to Dave who brough Ford Ranger XLT from Carvana, it has been nothing short of AMAZING!! Every single person I have spoken with, from customer service to Dave who brought me my vehicle was courteous, polite, friendly, helpful and informative. The process has been flawless. The days of getting scammed and hounded by the old style dealerships and dealers are gone. Every dealer wanted to low ball me on my trade-in while Carvana gave me a very fair offer (according to KBB & Edmund's). I will be recommending Carvana to anyone I know who will be buying a car. More
My experience wasn’t the best for 3 reasons. First, my car was damaged during transit. I was notified the morning of my pickup that I had to reschedule. I had planned for friends and family to meet us at the vending machine so we could experience it together. I waited additional 3 weeks to pickup the car, soonest I could get it was on a workday @ 9am so our original plan wasn’t able to work. If I didn’t absolutely need the car as soon as I could get it then I would’ve scheduled the pickup on a weekend day and invite everyone again. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option. Second, my car is a convertible. When we put the top down everything seemed fine but when we put it back up we noticed that something was wrong. We have the 7 day return policy so I reached out to Carvana directly about this and was told I needed to file a claim with their 3rd party warranty company which I did. They asked me to take the car to one of their approved repair shops and provided a list. I started calling and none of the places works on convertible tops. This is just what a person wants to do right after they buy a car, right? Spend hours calling repair shops to no avail? Ugh! Absolutely frustrating! Third, because the top issue wasn’t disclosed in our 150 point inspection we took the car to get an inspection of our own. Turns out the battery test bad, the fluid levels were really low and there was a slight oil leak that (luckily) my husband can repair pretty easily. These aren’t detrimental, but it truly makes me question their 150 point inspection process. It would cost Carvana next to nothing to top off fluids and replace a battery, especially when they had the vehicle for an additional 3 weeks! Yet another thing to add to my list of this to fix on the car. All in all, my husband and I decided to keep the car out of convenience and to avoid going through another financing ding on our credit. These are small and inexpensive repairs that need to be mad on a car that is just a temporary vehicle. Please do your due diligence and spend the extra $120 to get the car inspected independently before the 7 days are up!! More

There was an internal error that caused my delivery date to be delayed several days, and I had to take off additional time from work. I requested to speak to a Supervisor to address my concerns, and I was n to be delayed several days, and I had to take off additional time from work. I requested to speak to a Supervisor to address my concerns, and I was not contacted within the timeframe they stated. I had to call in again to try and reach someone, and for all of my troubles they offered a $50 gift card (but never sent it).They also input my date of delivery a day early so that my 7 day period expired a day early (shady). Then, I uploaded my registration as instructed so that they could transfer my existing tag to the new car...and they completely disregarded it and had a new tag ordered. I now have to jump through hoops to have it transferred, and hope that they process the refund as they promised. More

They will loophole there way out fixing any thing to include thing that should have been fixed if there techs actually did the check list. It took two months to get tag and paperwork done correctly after countless calls or 1-2 hrs each with no help. Unprofessional customer service will tell you anything to get you off the phone and not actually submit any tickets and will not call you back. Many dents and dings and chapters body work hidden by the shininess put on from detailed. Broken rear whipper motor, missing buttons not shown on website, door popping aom driver door, tow truck driver destroyed my driveway and tried to take the front bumper off the suv when u loading. Transmission is slipping suv only has 80k on it. xxx will never buy from again nothing but crooks and xxx people working for the company. More
I had a great experience with Carvana. Since it is so easy to look up cars on the internet, that was comprable (to cars.com, etc), but Carvana was the one that had the Prius V that we wanted, and at a lo easy to look up cars on the internet, that was comprable (to cars.com, etc), but Carvana was the one that had the Prius V that we wanted, and at a low mileage. I was allowed to reserve it with my credit card even before it went through inspection, which was great. I really enjoyed being able to do all of the paperwork from home, on my own time, instead of spending all day at a dealership. The process was clear, and the staff was helpful. The 7 day returnable period is great and made me feel relaxed about not being able to test drive it ahead of time. All the staff I worked with were great and friendly and helpful. I was referred to Carvana by a friend and I am already recommending it to others! A few hiccups: 1) I had to sign the paperwork over and over again. That was unclear. One reason my delivery was delayed was because it said it was waiting for my signature, although I had signed it after my most recent updates to the date, etc. 2) The robot text answerer is not very helpful. A real person always got to me eventually, but in reality, I would rather just wait for a response that get those misleading robot responses. 3) As someone else noted, they found an issue with my car on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Not a huge deal (they refunded me $25 for each day it was delayed), but what is up with the 150 pt inspection? She identified the swirly scratches on the car as it was being loaded onto the truck. I am grateful she caught it, and did her job really well, she gets a commendation. But why wasn't that caught earlier in the 150 pt inspection? 4) The delivery day got delayed three times, which caused many hours on the phone with my insurance changing the active date. 5) It says somewhere to make the insurance day active three days early, but elsewhere it doesn't seem to require that. This messaging should be clearer. 6) Juan, who delivered the car, was lovely, but he was very late, because he didn't leave until he heard from me that morning. I was attending synagogue and didn't have my phone with me. Nowhere was it made clear to me that I would need to answer the phone that morning in order to receive my car on time. If that is the case, it needs to be communicated clearly that you will need to answer your phone that morning, from an unfamiliar number. If that is not a requirement, then Juan should have left even though I didn't answer the phone. He also didn't text or leave a message, so I didn't even know to call back, once I did look at my phone. More
