Carvana was so easy to use and get approved for. Their selection of SUV’s were limited but I finally found a Ford Flex that was made for me! This was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had!! I took advantage of the 7 day like it or return it and I must say, it was still hassle free transactions! I have told everyone who will listen about the easy and pressure free buying experience. Online interface is convenient and they gave a great trade in offer on my vehicle. There were some cosmetic defects not noted online that Carvana was willing to cover having fixed through their insuranc trade in offer on my vehicle. There were some cosmetic defects not noted online that Carvana was willing to cover having fixed through their insurance provider. This issue I had was with vehicle delivery delays and the rampant confusion with multiple lines of communication, always with a different rep. I was being told different info every time I called in, and the text notifications I received were often out of date or just wrong. The reps I spoke to were great but the system of not having a dedicated rep through the process is not ideal, especially if there are any delivery issues. More
The customer service was great. My only thing was the delivery system was so unclear. I wasn’t sure of when my car was going to come, even though it did have an estimated delivery date it didn’t come the delivery system was so unclear. ( PLEASE READ THIS ALL THE WAY THROUGH) I just went through my 7 days (6/8/2021) !! The process before the 7 days went smooth and so did the drop off BUT!! (THAT BE SAID!!). Now as you read this I'm not going to tell you the vehicle yet because I want you know what happened first!.. READY!! On Day 2 of 7 the splash guard came down on me its the thing underneath the engine while I was going down the interstate at 70 mph.. .. (PLEASE KEEP READING) .. So I panicked it was flapping making a loud vibration so I was lucky to be near the local dealership at the next exit. (driving locally to test it out) . SO I limped with the thing flapping underneath!! ( Wont tell you which dealership yet or vehicle you will see why at the end and why) .. They looked at it and said I needed to replace the whole splashguard and mounting brackets.. So I'm like man how much is that - WELL wasn't CHEAP and you will see why! So I called CARAVANA they said no worries we will make it right. (Actual words not fluffing it). So they called silver rock their warranty provider and made it happen.. But the dealership service dept I went through found more issues, it now needed, wheel alignment plus wheel balance because of the vibration it caused. Than after the test drive the mechanic found that severe vibration caused damaged to the front brakes so the pads and rotors needed to be replaced as well.. SO WHAT DID CARVANA DO? ---->> COVERED IT ALL plus since it was not a preferred facility so they waived the deductible !! --> Yes, they fixed everything at no charge to me.. Now you ready for the vehicle -- BMW 3 series 2013 with 65k miles. I went to a BMW dealership so you know the parts are not cheap anyways for a BMW and going to a dealership is usually higher labor costs. Yet CARVANA covered it all no matter the cost and where I took it. This is why you should go to CARVANA yes they are not perfect as you see what happened on day 2 of getting a 2013 BMW with 65k miles on it but that's not on them directly it happens its a wear and tear item underneath the vehicle easily missed.. BUT they went above and beyond making it right because they replaced the brake pads and rotors at no cost to me on a BMW plus the initial repair. (They didn't have to do the brakes as well) Now the vehicle runs amazing again before that splash guard dropped off underneath like it did on the first day I received it and I thank CARVANA for that. (For being there for me through the process.) Now go to a USED CAR brick n mortar place and try to get the same results, trust me if this exact situation happened to you would have been screwed going there. So I love CARVANA for making buying used cars less stressful and they give you a peace of mind knowing you wont get screwed.. !! Thank you!! I've personally called CARVANA and SILVER ROCK ( their warranty provider) to thank them both for making it right and not once did Silver ROCK question or deny a repair they approved it. I understand at the end every persons situation is different/ experience but mine was amazing even with that issue I had. I came out feeling comfortable on my purchase through CARVANA> !! Thank you for reading this all I know it was a lot and I used plenty of !! but I just wanted to let you know..! !!! More
