We have had the worst experience ever and would not recommend them to anyone at all. It was one problem after another problem up to now still, the registration was done wrong and I told three different recommend them to anyone at all. It was one problem after another problem up to now still, the registration was done wrong and I told three different people more then once what it should say. Still don't know yet if it was done right, we will find out when the registration arrives. The truck was delivered with a broke off gas door and all they did was send us an email saying they will cover the cost and with a list of vendors. Its now been almost three weeks and we still haven't be able to get it fixed because no one on their list has the part. We also paid in full for the vehicle weeks before it was delivered. The next day after it was delivered they took the full amount of the truck cost from our bank again for no reason. Then we had to call and tell them what they did now that we've paid twice for one truck we had to wait days before our money was back to us and we were to we would get an additional $150 dinner on them and we still haven't seen that yet either. Just broken promises and unexperienced employees. More

This is the second car we've purchased through Carvana and we love it so far! My only complaint is the cleanliness of the car when it arrived. I have two young kids so I get it, cars get messy, but having and we love it so far! My only complaint is the cleanliness of the car when it arrived. I have two young kids so I get it, cars get messy, but having what looked like ground-in Cheerios in the backseat and stickiness on some of the buttons in the back of the car is gross. While this doesn't affect whether or not we'll work with Carvana to purchase another car in the future, it is worth noting. More

I have bought many a used and new car the past 20 years. This was by far my smoothest transaction as well as the quickest. After searching online, I found the car I wanted (and in this used car market, t This was by far my smoothest transaction as well as the quickest. After searching online, I found the car I wanted (and in this used car market, that is no easy task). once I hit the purchase button, it was extremely simple to fill out the documents and sign 99% of them electronically. Texas being a community property state and my finance company wanting my wife on the purchase order, I had to call in to make that change which took all of 5 minutes on the phone and I had the new docs to me. When I went to pick up the car(I chose the vending machine option, cause why not), I signed 2 forms and then was on my way with my new(used) car. The 7 day guarantee was also a great peace of mind. The car was exactly as described online and all around perfect for me. Definitely will consider Carvana in the future for any other cars I may want. More
