The 3rd party financing seems to be a problem. That’s one reason I only gave 3 stars. I think if you finance through Carvana it’s probably much easier. The only issue I encountered was with my previous finance company for my trade in. Also, a very good offer for my trade in! I encountered two cosmetic issues that got taken care of in a time let manner once the claim was submitted and the estimate was sent in! I will definitely recommend Carvana to people in the future. There was a two day delay in delivering my vehicle, and the dealership neglected to include a picture of a HUGE decal on the hood of the car. If I had known about the decal I would've asked for it to be removed or have not purchased the vehicle at all; it is going to cost me a pretty penny to get it removed. The only reason I did not rate lower is because the Carvana Rep who dropped off the car was so friendly and communicative. More

So far my experience has been wonderful. Once I selected a link to buy, Carvana has been fully engaged and everything was very simple. My delivery driver, Alex, was outstanding and I truly appreciate all his communication and execution. He notice some infractions and was very transparent which we both moved along the process, no regrets. do recommend Carvana and thank you for the positive experience.
