Friendly customer service We came in looking for a new family vehicle and found what we needed shortly. Our guy Gavin was really friendly and we enjoyed talking to him as we se We came in looking for a new family vehicle and found what we needed shortly. Our guy Gavin was really friendly and we enjoyed talking to him as we settled the deal. We quickly leaned that one of the main guys has s sense of humor too 👍They don’t make Commission which means they aren’t desperately pushy like other dealers. They listen to your needs & help make what works best for you. I never seen a nice bathroom with fresh flowers before. The large waiting area has a beautiful gas fireplace reaching the tall ceiling. And of course a nice snack, coffee & tea area. I do have one suggestion & request for that extra customer service towards the end when meeting with the financial department. One of the first the can ask l, is if the original plate is ok or if you’d like to upgrade to another one. Having a ready large laminated colored copy in all Financial Departments with all the Oregon plate options would be nicer than Googling it when you’re ready to go home. I mean some people don’t even think about until later and it’s too late, then your stuck with an original plate for 4 years. Just a tip 😉 Thank you again. More

PART 2 They sold me a lemon via carfax 2. Why would I contact your offices? I did all I could to let you know I wasn't happy. I told you what I needed. I expected better because my partner 2. Not happy and aside from sending me a brand new key fob that will work with my car, there's nothing you can do. I certainly would not bring my car there for repairs. I've let #Carfax know also. I'll double check my Trip Advisor since this #DealerRater site can obviously be bought. 1. I purchased an 09 Venza for $14,000. When I got home, I found the key fob was broken. They could have fixed it for $400! I would have paid $14,400! I went in several times, even crying at one point. They didn't give a crap. I refuse to give them another dime so every day, I live with it. When I sell it, I will credit the buyer $400 for the repair. More

I realize that it was dirty, but if you’re going to offer to wash my truck, I expect it to be done in a satisfactory way. Now, my truck is 60% clean and has streaks of dirty all down the side and tailgate. I realize this is a minor issue, but if you’re not going to actually wash the ENTIRE truck, done wash it. I’d rather have a dirty truck that a truck that looks like a lazy kid washed it. More

Capitol Toyota did not disappoint me with my very first experience with them! I needed a lot of work done and had very little time available, I was expecting to have to make more than one appointment, but they fixed everything in the time I had available and got me out the door on time! There is a lot to be said about a business that provides such good work and is reliable and timely! I drove over from the coast, and I will continue to do so because Capitol Toyota took great care of me and my truck. More
