Sales experience was fine but they lost spare key and that’s where the trouble starts. Takes them 5 months to get a replacement key. Get and appointment to get key programmed and here I set waiting 2 1/2 that’s where the trouble starts. Takes them 5 months to get a replacement key. Worst dealership I've been to in over 50 years of car buying. Verified they had the vehicle I wanted to test drive, scheduled an appointment with a salesman and spent and hour driving to this dealership buying. Seven minutes before arrival I receive a text from the salesman "I have the keys in my hand waiting your arrival". Got there, waited several minutes and my salesman came out and said "my manage just took the keys away from me 5 minutes ago and sold the vehicle but we'll find you another one". The old Bait and Switch routine is alive and well at Capital Toyota. More
