Safety issue I used Capital Toyota service for many years and was pretty happy with it. The prices seemed to be too high, but I thought I was paying for a high quality service. Recently I paid $915 for a regular maintenance. Several days after I was driving from work when a heavy rain started, and I found out that the front windshields did not work at all. It was a really dangerous situation. Next morning I drove to Capitol Toyota, and was told that they forgot to plug the windshield connector back. They fixed it, but I did not get any apology or so. Next time I would probably look for another place. More

Service was great when communicating with Jason Stewart and others. They even delivered the vehicle due to our location so we only had to drive about 1 hr 45 minutes, at a cost of course. The buying process was easy because we already had our financing. Only complaint is that the vehicle was not as clean as we hoped, our local detail shop would have done better. More
