Comunication at its worse. I called several times to find out the status of my vehicle and never got a call back till it was done. I have had my new 2025 dodge ram pickup truck towed twice to the dealership. The truck just keeps losing its power and goes completely dead. They reloaded software the first time and the truck died 7 days to the dealership. The truck just keeps losing its power and goes completely dead. I am more upset with Dodge than I am with the dealer. The only thing the dealer could do better is keep me informed on where they are at rather than me calling them all the time. More
