I am quite disappointed in the treatment I received from the dealership. I stopped into the dealership to try to see about leaving it to find out what was wrong with my car and the Service Manager asked the dealership. I stopped into the dealership to try to see about leaving it to find out what was wrong with my car and the Service Manager asked if I had an appointment. I said no, but I said was scared to drive my vehicle. He said I would have to make an appointment and told me to take it home. He did put a tester on my car and when I asked if he could tell me what was wrong he said "Of course not!" I'm not a mechanic, but I guess I don't understand why put a tester on the car if it doesn't tell you anything. I was treated quite poorly, including with the woman who set up my appointment. Then, on the day of my appointment, because I didn't feel safe driving it, she told me I had roadside assistance and gave me a number to call. I called to have them come pick up my car and was informed that they wouldn't do so unless I paid $179. I canceled the tow with them and used my AAA instead. The dealership called me shortly thereafter to tell me my car was ready and that it was just a defective battery. I find it difficult to believe that the battery caused the myriad of issues that I was experiencing, including: A clicking sound when I put the car in reverse The vehicle would take several tries before it would start. It did not try to turnover. It did not make a clicking sound. It literally did nothing. It took as many as 6 tries and then it would just start up. The engine would start, but it wouldn't go in gear, It would have to be shut off and restarted in order to get the car in gear. Again, sometimes this took a couple of starting and turning off the car before it would go in gear. All the lights would start flashing on the dashboard; check engine light, the tires would all flash at different PSI's. I went and got my vehicle and and as I backed it into my garage, the clicking sound started again. I can honestly say that the only person that treated me like a valued customer was the woman that gave me my paperwork when I picked up my Jeep. I didn't get her name, so I couldn't give her a good rating. In conclusion; no, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact I would actively discourage them from even visiting this dealership. More

Service was handled professionally and promptly. Only negative would be the “shop supplies” fee of $37.25 disclosed up front (after asking). However with an electrical relay problem (like I had) there likely was no “shop supplies” rags, cleaner etc used. The vehicle was plugged in, and the failed relay was unplugged and new relay plugged in. I’m sure the vehicle never saw a lift, oil, lubes, or cleaners. Thus why charge for “shop supplies” when not used. If I had an oil change, drive train work etc then yea, I get the fee. But what shop supplies were used in this case? It’s just another income stream that all pay, but not all use. The Fee structure I am sure is a management decision not the service writer or tech. Only reason I am rating this a 4 vs. 5 is this fee. Otherwise I would have given a 5 as the service writer and tech were definitely a 5. More

If there is a citation that requires a managerial decision they should be a manager in charge. When I plan my day around picking up a vehicle that I purchased I expected to be in a good running order decision they should be a manager in charge.
