1. The finance person got nasty when I said I didn't want the extended warranty. He asked about 5 times and I finally said that I don't appreciate the hard sales line. Every vehicle I have bought has always had the gas topped off before handover. It had 1/4 tank of gas in it. Lastly, I was told that I had to pay for the Low-jack. However, I read in your sales paperwork that I didn't have to buy it. I still have not received any thing on how to use the product that I was forced to purchase. I would like a refund since I am not able to use it and no information on it. More
