Super friendly, my appointment was at 7:45 pulled up and was greeted with a smile from the Porter girl. My service person was super friendly and helpful was there for a recall and they wound up having troub was greeted with a smile from the Porter girl. My service person was super friendly and helpful was there for a recall and they wound up having trouble getting the part off so they put me in a loaner! I would recommend this dealership for service any day More

Absolutely the poorest excuse for a dealership. I have made MANY purchases from. Val Ward, San Galloway, Galena, and I new mustang from the dealership in Naples. Never a problem. I'm taking around I have made MANY purchases from. Val Ward, San Galloway, Galena, and I new mustang from the dealership in Naples. Never a problem. I'm taking around at least a dozen new vehicles since 1992. I have been waiting since May to get this dealership to get a refund from my Gap insurance. Probably 600-800 dollars. I've been dealing with the fiance department. Quinton and the director Homer. Both have told me numerous stories. Last one was 7/3/24. They already cancelled the Gap. Well I call the bank whom sent me to the Gap insurance. They told me the insurance has NOT been cancelled. I called the dealership left a message with Homer and the GM Alex. Nothing. I also wanted to get a used jeep because the payment on the Gladiator was 770/month. It had 4700mi. They wanted to sell me a 19 jeep with 50thousand. The payment 855.they have lost their mind. Sell a new jeep 770 payment for a 5year old for 855. Not a rocket scientist to figure out they were talking me to the cleaners. Went to Auto Nation. They put me in a beautiful 19. Same mileage.with upgraded wheels and lift kit. payment 650. So I bought there. My next trip is to Lee county small claims court house. Sad a customer has to go that far AND THE KICKER. Homer asked me to take down my review back in June for the same problem. Buyer beware. There are a lot of really good dealerships in Lee county. More
