We recently purchased a 2019 Audi Q5 from Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and we can't express enough how impressed we are with the exceptional customer service and integrity we both experienced. The sales team, including Jose Gaston, Michael, Dorian, and David, were incredibly helpful and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Although the car was sold “as is,” we encountered a mechanical issue just two days after driving it home, which was concerning since we had already driven it to Lakeland, Florida. The braking system began malfunctioning, and we reached out to the dealership. To our surprise, they went above and beyond, even though they weren’t obligated to do so. Jose Gaston instructed us to take the car to the Audi dealership in Lakeland, and they covered the cost of the necessary brake repairs. This level of honesty and commitment to doing the right thing truly impressed us. It’s rare to find a dealership that stands behind their cars and does what’s right, even when they technically don’t have to. We are extremely pleased with how Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM handled this situation and feel confident that we made the right choice in purchasing from them. They are a dealership that operates with integrity, and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
