C. Harper Ford Kia Honda

Inspection I brought my car in for inspection. Told them I would be back shortly since my daughter was getting on oil change. We came back told them I was waitin I brought my car in for inspection. Told them I would be back shortly since my daughter was getting on oil change. We came back told them I was waiting in waiting room. Tech called left message on my phone car was done. Didn't even talk to me. Cashier had to call for paper work and he came, said he had to change lightbulb in license plate. Didn't ask before he did it just charged me. When daughter was done I had to find him to ask where car was. I am disabled and he made me walk clear to the back of parking lot. I am use to having car right in front. I was very upset and my knees were hurting badly. Also my daughter was upset . You use to give us a paper with all info of tires and brakes with oil change. She did receive it just was told she needed back brakes and rotors. If it's too much trouble maybe you can email this info to us. Overall we were not very happy with c.harper. Thank you More
